Gwen was tired of being in the house all day and being watched like a hawk by Cody. She needed to get out and do something, on her own. She hadn't been in her store in a while and figured it would be a good place to escape to. Gwen was sitting in the back of her office looking at some old design ideas she had sketched up. It made her sigh. She had missed out on doing so much with being pregnant, with her coma and with all the deaths. Leaning back against the chair and rubbing her belly. She felt the baby kick and move and then something she had never felt before. "Oh...oh no!" Her water had just broke. She wasn't due for two more weeks! It was too soon and she was not ready. Quickly she tried finding her cell phone calling Cody who didn't answer. "Cody! I am ummm..well my water just....ooh god!" She was in the middle of a contraction. "It broke Cody!! My water! I am going to try to get to the hospital!!!" Gwen hung up the phone and put it in her purse. The girl who worked in the front rushed in from hearing the screaming. Gwen rushed to the fireplace and then flo to the hospital. Getting to the front desk she told the woman to get Hunter Wood she was in labor!!

Cody was sitting in his office at the ministry, way down off to the side of one the court rooms. He writing a very long, detailed report on a specific case the ministry was watching closely... about a suspected deatheater and muggle killings. He had just finished the end of his rough draft when he felt his phone buzz. He ignored it for a second as he wasn't used to having his phone work down in the basement of the ministry. When he realized that it was his phone, and Gwen calling he immediately answered. The word "Gwen" was on the tip of his tongue but never rolled off because she started shouting about her water breaking and going to the hospital. "The hospital..." he repeated in a daze. He wasn't expecting this news. His child wasn't due for another few weeks and so he was a little scared. All he was able to get out was "I'll meet you at the hospital" before Gwen hung up. Cody dropped everything he was working on, leaving his desk in a hot mess. He slammed the door closed, locked it and started sprinting down the hall to nearest fire place. People he knew waved at him though he didn't stop to respond and a few older gentlemen told him to stop running about, though again he failed to respond.
Cody got into the first open fire place and got himself to the hospital. When he got there he heard a woman hollering about finding 'Dr. Wood'. He followed her voice until he found her, his Gwen. "Gwen! Gwen" he shouted. "Are you alright?" then hollering to the nurses "Well? Where is he? Where is Dr. Wood? Get him here! Now!" he demanded. He wasn't usually this agitated, but he'd do anything for Gwen, anything to keep her happy and healthy.
Boa had just popped into the hospital. She had Coral on her hip and a lunch box in her hand. Hunter had to be at work really early this morning and he had to rush out the door. She thought it would be nice if she brought him a lunch instead of making him eat another lunch at the cafeteria. She knew he liked her food better. The twins were at Wimblee's Daycare for the next few hours busy with their early learner broom training. She thought it would be fun to spend lunch with her hubby and the baby. Just as she was turning down the hall towards Hunter's usual station she heard a panicing woman asking for Dr. Wood. She knew that voice.... very well. It was her best friend, Gwen. She started at a jog towards the voice "Gwen?!!! Are you in labor? Oh hell". She knew all hell was about to break loose. It wasn't a fact. She wasn't judging. She was the exact same way when she had been in labor. Boa looked at the nurse. She thought her name was Cyndi but saw on her name tag that it was Candy. "Can you find Dr. Wood? This is his sister... she is labor... be quick!"

Hunter had been on the other side of the hospital and the news had rushed to him. He was pretty sure there was not one person in the hospital who didn't know Gwendolyn Wood was in labor. It made him chuckle, she was the most dramatic and needed the most attention, but he also knew she was not use to this type of pain. He rushed to her room and saw Boa. It took him back not expecting to see her there. She looked beautiful standing there holding their daughter and looking panicked. He asked his nurse to get his daughter so Boa had free hands. It did hit Hunter that this labor was a little early and with the coma Gwen had just woken from it worried him. "It is a good thing Wood babies are strong." He smiled down at his sister. One thing about labors is Hunter did freak out. He was alway calm, well except when Boa went into labor, then he was a mess.
"Gwen I need you to not push yet. Don't think about pushing."
Gwen felt like she was going in and out of sleep. Like she was losing moments and then she felt Cody next to her. Things were ok if he was there. But then she heard Boa. A voice she was not expecting but was so happy to hear. Her best friend and sister in law. "Hunter?" She whispered finally. All the screaming she had done and already made her so tired. Then Hunters voice rang thru her ears. "Get this baby out of me!" She did not yell but said sternly. Then heard she couldn't push. That pissed her off. "I can't push? This baby wants out! Cody! Tell him I can push. Boa! How in Merlins Beard did you do this?!?! And with two?!"
