Sidney stood near the whiteboard of her classroom, writing down the schedule for the day. She always loved the first day of school - new students, returning students, all who were for the most part eager to learn. She picked up a purple marker, writing her name at one corner of the board, and finished the schedule in blue marker along the left hand side of the board. Sidney oversaw the entire wimblebee's program, but she only taught the 5-10 year olds. Another teacher taught the kids under 5. Sidney had been teaching at the school for 5 years, but she was happy with the new changes in staffing. It allowed her to really focus on the individual students. Many wizarding families sent their kids to to muggle or private wizarding schools until they were old enough to attend hogwarts, so her class size was smaller, maybe only about 30 kids total in each program. The ideas that Sidney taught were a mix of muggle and wizarding education, mostly due to the fact that the students were not allowed to use magic. She didn't teach anything that required the use of a wand, but instead taught the children about basic herbology, flying, basic Astronomy, and basic potions. She also taught basic mathematics, writing, and reading. The older students had elective classes that would prep them for hogwarts, such as ancient runes, Arithmancy, Divination, History of Magic, and Muggle Studies. Of course, these classes were only a basic level, essentially enough so the student didn't look like a complete idiot when they started hogwarts. Students could elect to take all or none, or anything in between when it came to those classes.
The Schedule read: 8:00-8:30: Students arrive 8:30-9:30: Introductions 9:30-11:00: Basic Herbology 11:00-12:00: Break 12:00-12:30: Lunch 12:30-1:00: Elective Class Sign Up 1:00-3:00: Basic Flying 3:00-3:30: Students leave
After writing the schedule, Sidney walked over to her desk, picking up namecards and setting them on the desks in the room, which were arranged in groups of 4 around one half of the room. A far corner contained bookcases overflowing with books, and near the bookcases was a closet filled with games and educational toys for when there was downtime. Once Sidney finished setting the classroom up for the day, she waited for the first students to walk through the door.

Boa was having a hectic morning. She thought that her husband had done the laundry last nigh when he got home from work but when she went to go look for her favorite bra in the laundry room she realized all the clothes were still dirty.
She told herself she wouldn't get mad. Hunter had a busy life being a doctor. She knew that. She signed up for that. She knew he would have done it if he could but part of her was going crazy mad.
Luckily for Boa her 3 oldest children were at Hogwarts so she didn't have to worry about getting them clean clothes to wear. She did have Adder however and so she dug through the smelly basket until she found something decent for her 10 year old son to wear. She then pulled out her wand and magically cleaned them.
Boa got herself dressed and then wandered downstairs calling for Adder. "Adder... Adder... time to get dressed".
Adder jumped out of one of the storage closets going "rawwwr" Boa laughed and pretended to be an even bigger monster and ate him. She gave him a kiss on the head and then handed him his clothes. "Come on now. We are going to be late."
"late for what?" He groaned. "You know for what... school." "I don't want to go to Wimblebee's anymore mum.. it's for babies. I wanna go to Hogwarts" "You have one more year.. then you can go."
Adder didn't say anything after that. He just took his clothes and ran to his room sulking to change.
A few minutes later Boa called him downstairs and they traveled by Floo to go to school.
When they got to the school Adder ran off and Boa went to find the teacher to make sure he was signed in for the day. "Hey Sidney. How are you? I'm just dropping Adder off for the day. He is being grouchy today.. I hope he doesn't cause you too much trouble." She gave her a look as if to say, 'i know how much grief my children have caused in the past'. Boa was known for her twins who often stirred up trouble just the way she and her siblings did when they were young. Some people called it the Slytherin curse... but luckily her daughter Coral who was an absolute angel had thrown that theory out the door.

Sidney turned, hearing some address her. She noticed it was Boa. "Hey Boa, I'm great. I always love the first day of classes. We have almost 30 in the class this year," she said happily. Sidney had the perfect personality for dealing with children. She was personable, bubbly, and got along great with the students. She heard Boa mention that Adder was in a grouchy mood, and nodded to show that she understood. "I take it he is upset that he can't go to Hogwarts yet?" she asked, remembering a similar incident the school year before. Sidney new Boa's family well when it came to the kids. All 4 had attended Wimblebee's, and while the twins had put Sidney patience to the test, all the kids were generally pretty good. Alana walked into the classroom with Nicole and Hope with her. There weren't a lot of kids there yet, so the room was mostly quiet. "Huh, looks like we're early. Why don't you two go play while i sign you in?" she asked the girls, who took off to play with the other kids. Alana walked over where there was a sign in sheet for all of the students. She noticed the teacher talking to Boa, and waved at the two of them before saying goodbye to her girls and leaving. She had to photograph for the prophet soon, and was going to be late if she didn't get going, so she couldn't really stop and chat. A few more students came in, and after a while Elle showed up with Isobel and Joshua. Elle was running late for practice, so she already had some of her quidditch gear on, her uniform top and a pair of yoga pants, her blonde hair pulled back tightly into a french braid. Isobel had wandered over towards a bookcase and found something to read while Joshua clung to his mother. He wasn't the most social kid, but the thing he loved more than anything was watching his mother play quidditch. He knew that Elle in her quidditch gear meant she had practice, and that meant he wouldn't get to watch it. Elle quickly went over and signed the kids in, and noticing that the teacher was conversing with Boa, took that as her sign to leave until the afternoon. Elle knew Viggo's past with Boa(well, viggo's side of it anyways), so she didn't have the most pleasant feelings towards Boa. She still remained professional and courteous, but she wasn't about to try and make friends with Boa. She gave Joshua a hug, waved goodbye to Isobel, and left the classroom. Joshua sulked over to the corner and began playing with a puzzle while the rest of the students arrived. OOC: There's still Roxana, Renee, Riley, Marshall, Elliot, and Connor to bring in, you're more than welcome to have Jack, Teo, or Braeden drop them off [fixed so it's on the right account ]
