Rules of the Forum:
1. Do not thread with your character until one of the admin has accepted your application.
2. No God-moding (you CANNOT control the action of other characters - unless you have asked them before hand and recieved permission)
3. No Power playing (your character is not a superhero, they are not perfect and they don't always come out victorious. Be realistic. Everyone makes mistakes and everyone is a looser at some point).
4. Be NICE to EVERYONE on the board.
5. If you have an argument with someone, DROP IT. Everyone has different opinions but you just need to let things go.
6. Keep ALL content PG-13 (if the staff thinks you have disregarded this rule there will be consequences. IF you have a question about this rule, ask one of the admin to clarify for you).
7. Cussing is allowed (in threading but keep it TONED down)
8. Respect ALL the rules and ALL the staff.
9. Have FUN!
10. Staff are allowed to update/change/edit the rules WHENEVER we deem necessary.
11. We are a literate RP so try to do your best with avoiding spelling mistakes and such.
12. We have a 250 min. word count. Thank you.
Rules to follow when creating a new character:
1. You may have as many characters as you want (as long as you can handle them).
2. Each time you make a new character you MUST make REGISTER on the forum with a NEW ACCOUNT so that each account is for each character except...
a. You want to play a married couple under one account or
b. You have children under age 11 or
c. You ask for permission for a special reason. We will consider. We have the right to accept or not accept.
3. If your character has children under the age of 11 (which is when they go to Hogwarts) I recommend playing them under their mother's account.
4. Your character can be a human but they MUST have a GOOD reason for knowing about the wizarding world.
5. Your character can be a wizard/witch they can be a centaur, basically anything as long as you commit to playing them true to how they are.
6. Here on this forum we have Vampires and Werewolves. You can have them as the classic form used by the Harry Potter Books or you can choose to play them as a Twilight form of the character (but you must distinguish them as such in your application. Besides that we don't recommend really using Twilight references)
7. Once a model/actor face has been claimed in the face claim thread you CANNOT use it for your character. That being said once you have been accepted go CLAIM your face or someone will be allowed to take it.
