CHARACTER'S PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
Kenji is 5'9. When he was younger he did martial arts and played quidditch, this along with his continual love for Tai Chi he is still in really good shape. Kenji has black hair and brown eyes. If his brother Yuri was still alive it would be hard to tell them apart they looked a lot a like. He has a goofy grin that everyone seems to love.
I LOVE: (5 things min)
+ My family. I love Krissy who has truly given me a second chance at happiness. I love my children, they are my life. I love my neices and nephews who are such good kids - its a shame their parents were killed.
+ Fixing things. I have a toolkit I keep under the bed. You never know when I'll be needed.
+ Tai chi. There is nothing like waking up early in the morning and stretching the stress out.
+ Quidditch. No matter how old I get I'll always enjoy a good game of quidditch!
+ A clean house. Its hard to come by with two little ones, a teenage daughter and my grandkids running around but when its clean I really do feel a sense of relief.
I HATE: (5 min)
+ Deatheaters. They took my beloved brother from me. He was my best friend - everything. Not only that his death along with his wife's left my poor 7 neices/nephews orphans. The list of things they have done that have affected me and my loved ones goes on. They killed my stepdaughter's father, Krissy's late husband. It wasn't right for those beautiful girls to lose their daddy.
+ Messy rooms. If something is going to rile me up it would be seeing my house in a big mess.
+ My boss. Don't tell him he is a jerk but I really don't have any hope for him or the next person who will take his place (probably Burton Lucas the biggest git in the world).
+ When my family is having issues. I hate seeing them upset or hurting.
+ When the ministry gives my wife a hard time. She is one of the cleverest witches that's come around in a long time. She really loves the students and she has done her best to keep them safe. Maybe if the ministry would stop interferring she could actually do her job.
MY STRENGTHS: (3 min)
+ Animagus - Falcon (though I don't transform as much as I used to)
+ Organization. I'm very good at keeping things organized and in order.

FULL HISTORY:
Kenji's parents are Alfred and Yoko Linford. Alfred was raised in Scotland and is half Japanese. Yoko was born in Japan and immigrated to Scotland with her family as a teenager. His parents were both from wizarding families. The couple moved to Japan about 5 years ago. Kenji grew up with his younger brother Yuri. They were the best of friends and looked a lot a like. They were always together, always inseperatable.
When Kenji got to go to Hogwarts he fell in love with the game of Quidditch and eventually go to be a chaser for his Hufflepuff House. Kenji soon learned he was a good student and a natural with charms. It was his best subject. Both he and his brother were good kids but on occassion Yuri would get himself in fights. Kenji though he hated with a passion to be in trouble was always there to get his little brother's back and to get him out of trouble. Kenji graduated as one of the top students in his class.
Kenji is the type of guy who loves organization and things being in order. He loves a clean house and seeing everything in its place. He is also really witty and has a good sense of humor. He is very in touch with his emotions and doesn't mind crying in public.
After Hogwarts Kenji began work at the Ministry of Magic in London. He took to the work very well and quickly rose up the ladder to success. It wasn't long before he got to be the Personal Asssistant to the Minister of Magic. While working at the ministry he met an intern - Keiko who was just a couple years younger. He pursued her and they soon began dating steady. Kenji thought he had found the woman of his dreams. It wasn't long before he proposed they were married. Suzu was their honeymoon baby and he thought he couldn't be any happier finally having a family of his own. This soon went sour when Suzu was only about 6 months he caught his wife cheating on him. He confronted her and she insulted him to the core. Keiko left Kenji and ran off with her new man. Kenji was devestated and began to raise Suzu on his own.
A few years went by and he became the Minister's puppet being sent to Hogwarts to help "watch" the situation of how the Headmistress was dealing with suspicious activity with the school. Kenji slowly got to know Krissy and couldn't help but fall in love with her. Not only was she an amazing witch but she had a good soul and was down to earth. At times she seemed a bit frazzled but he could tell that everything she did was to support her kids and students whom she truly loved and wanted to succeed.
Kenji and Krissy began to date seriously. He was a bit hesistant to marry because he had been so torn by Keiko who ripped his hearts to shreds. Though that was true, he couldn't stop thinking about Krissy and so he followed his heart and proposed. It was a tough undertaking putting their two families together. It was rough for a long time but they are really starting to feel like a real family. They have all come to love and respect each other. Emma & Ron coming into their lives also helped the family grow closer - of course after the initial problems with Suzu losing her place as the baby of the family.
Kenji is a happily married man. He loves Krissy so much and her daughters are his. He doesn't care for the title of "step" they don't use those terms in the house. Kenji loves Dorothy and Alana as if they were truly his own flesh and blood and he knows that Krissy loves Suzu that way as well. There was time a few years ago when Keiko had run into the family in Diagon alley. She tried to persuade Suzu to live with her and her "lover" bu Suzu knew who really loved her and stood her ground with Krissy.
