A New Threat for the New Year

((OOC: so I was thinking, that we can have a big old New Years Celebration... and then like in book they are warned that the ministry has been taken over by deatheaters. Burton will be somewhere in Azkaban... and now Lord Dante is the minister. There will be a battle... you can have some people killed, maimed or stolen by snatchers... and then we can go save them hahaha... what do you think? Also since there is just 3 of us, just rp with one account if you want or you can switch around.. whatever you want.))


Most of Dorian & Josepha's friends and family had arrived at their annual New Years Eve Bash. The decorations as usual were absolutely fantastic and whimsical. Mrs. Josepha Slytherin had a knack with stuff like that. The truth was that the Slytherins were just grateful they had gotten through Christmas. They were living in dark times. The ministry had been so intrusive as of late. Everyone was facing inquiry about their status of being good respectable wizards or possible traitors to the country and to their world. The Slytherins had especially taken a lot as their family has been known for their associations with deatheaters and the lot.

Dorian and Josepha were out in the great hall which had large tables filled with delicious food. There were a bunch of small round tables out for people to sit, talk and eat. There was also a dance floor provided for their high class aristocratic guests to waltz around. They Slytherins may have been a suspicious lot but they were still in the upper class circle of wizarding society.


Boa had left the kids in the nursery with the house elves who had been assigned to watch them. She told the house elves that the boys could run around if they wanted but that they had to be watched. She didn't like the idea of her two precious boys being let loose in the huge castle. Boa was wearing

a long gown which was green, her favorite color. She walked up a spiraling staircase and down a hall she knew well and went to her old bedroom. She then walked out onto her balcony, a place where on several occasions, Hunter had come in hopes of winning her back. How funny that time had seem so long ago when really it wasn't all that long. She looked at her watch hoping that Hunter would make it soon. He had to go to the hospital to help a patient. It was an emergency, it always was an emergency with him. Boa loved her husband, more than words can say but she was still scarred by the night when that man attacked her. Ever since he had been leaving her creepy messages on her phone or by owl but whoever it was, he was sneaky enough to not be able to be traced no matter how hard she tried. She usually told Hunter because she knew she had to be honest with him but she could see the worry in his eye and she could hear it in his voice and so for the past week she acted as if things were normal. Boa was letting Hunter get close despite how she still was feeling emotional, sensitive, embarrassed and like a betrayer for what had happened.

Jack was waltzing with Ruby in his arms. She had made it clear she didn't want to be stuck with the babies in the Nursery all night. Jack figured he'd let her be out for a while but he'd make her go to bed soon enough with the others. He was a firm believer in bedtimes and sticking to schedules with the kids though he was wondering if he should ease up for tonight. It was the holidays after all. He figured he would just see how Ruby was acting. If she seemed wide eyed enough to make it he'd let her play longer tonight. If not he'd put her to bed with her younger siblings. Jack loved being a dad. He loved that Ruby looked a lot like her mother. It was comforting and beautiful.


Lyra had been alerted by one of the house elves that Piper had woken from her nap and wouldn't stop crying so she had taken her down to one of the little parlor rooms off the side of the entrance hall. She knew that Piper was growing in some new teeth and that it was hurting her. She just wished she could say a spell and make it better. It was something she wished she could do but knew it would never be an option for it. She always felt like a fish out of water being a squib in a magical world. Lyra could only hope her kids wouldn't have to go through what she did. Piper was being cuddled by her mother and felt her love. It was enough to hush her crying a bit. Lyra began to wander back into the Great hall, holding Piper close to her chest as she looked for her husband hoping he could do something to make their daughter feel better. Seth and Sol were sitting in another parlor drinking hot chocolate. They were using huge mugs and had giant marshmellows in them. It was just the way they liked it. They were talking about some rumors they had heard about. All of them were revolving around deatheaters and Lord Dante who had been seem numerous times this month in various wizarding towns. It was all very curious to them and they wandered why the new dark lord was getting more and more brave to come out and show himself.

Taro and Kenji were standing on the side lines of the the dance floor. They were chatting, catching up with one another. It had been a while since they had been able to talk. They were discussing the ministry and how horrible things had become as of late. They were both thinking of quiting their jobs but things were so hard in the wizarding world that they didn't know where else they could get a job, especially ones that would support their families. It was risky business to quit or to stay. They were also worried if they quit the ministry would think they had something to hide which would also be a horrible thing to have to go through - more interrogations.

Ian was sitting at a table discussing global politics with Viggo Krum. He didn't know where his wife was at the moment but knew if she came to the table back to this conversation it would probably bore the crap out of her. He decided to change the topic to talking about how Teo, Viggo's younger brother was dancing with his cousin Quinn at the moment who was wearing cache1.asset-cache.net/xc/81638241.jpg?v=1&c=IWSAsset&k=2&d=77BFBA49EF8789215ABF3343C02EA5489BB7BA39627D249A4D8644FA282633FDC2140E99CA9446B6E30A760B0D811297 . Ian was commenting on how cute of a couple they would make, not knowing that the two were currently in a secret relationship.

Gabe and Braden had decided to go out onto the balcony which connected to the great hall and over looked one of the gardens. Gabe needed a smoke and so they were just chillin. Both of them kept awkwardly turning their heads as they could hear Ana Krum giggling madly in the presence of her date for the night.

[Kris Linford + Family]

Kris was at one of the food tables, helping Ron and Emma to get some food. As usual, they wanted junk food, and it took a bit of convincing just to get them to eat some of the finger foods set out. Once she got them seated at the table, Ron began practically inhaling his food, while Emma mostly picked at hers. "Come on Em, you gotta eat something," Kris said, as Emma poked at her food with a fork. "But mommy! I don't like this stuff. It's gross," she pouted as Kris sighed. She was a bit relieved that she could be distracted by the kids at the moment, however. Her mind had been plagued for weeks over the current state of the wizarding world. There was an increasingly large amount of pressure on her from the ministry constantly to step down as the headmistress, but she just couldn't do it at the present time. Something wasn't right, and she refused to let the students be at risk for an attack. Kris was wearing a simple dress, which was typical for her. She wasn't into glittery, sparkly dresses, although on occasion she would wear one. She saved the fancy stuff for Emma, who LOVED sparkly dresses. Ron was wearing a suit and tie very similar to his father's attire for the evening.

Dorothy had come down from the nursery after leaving Reid and the twins in the nursery to play. Reid had originally not wanted to stay in the nursery, but a little convincing from Dorothy had changed his mind. Dorothy noticed Jack and Ruby, and went over to them with a small smile on her face, a definite change from the semi-depressed mood she had earlier. Dorothy loved her children, but four children under the age of 6 and the stresses of work left her at wit's end sometimes. Renee, the younger of the twins, seemed to constantly be sick, and Dorothy seemed to constantly be worried about that. She was still struggling to deal with a case of postpartum depression as well, and she seemed to always be overwhelmed and distant. She didn't feel like herself at times, and it was frustrating. Like her mother, she was worried about the wizarding world as well. Something didn't seem right, and she just knew it could be any moment before another deatheater attack. But, she couldn't worry about that right now. She had a wonderful husband and daughter in front of her who loved her unconditionally, and tonight was a night of relaxation, something she hadn't had in a few months. Dorothy brushed a piece of her hair, pin straight instead of it's normal curls, behind her ears, and smoothed out her dress. She wasn't wearing anything super fancy, but it was a look that worked for her.

Alana was with Ethan, who didn't want to be in the nursery with the other kids. She was doing her best to keep a handle on Ethan, but it was a tad bit difficult. Ethan was curious, and much much faster than his mother, who was several months into her second pregnancy and couldn't move quite as fast as her hyperactive son. Of course, Ethan knew this, and didn't hesitate to run around and get in more trouble. Ethan ran in front of his mother, and into the next room where sol and seth were at. He spotted the two, and after grinning slyly, wiggled himself under one of the sofas in the room. Alana appeared in the doorway several minutes later, panting slightly and looking slightly overwhelmed. "Have you two seen Ethan? He got away from me again," she said, scanning the room for any sign of Ethan. Her eyes met Sol's and she gave a tiny smile for just a moment. their relationship and marriage was starting to finally work, it seemed. At least to her it was. Things always seemed more rocky to her, compared to her sister's marriage, and her views on of things were working out or not varied by the day it seemed, but they were both putting in an effort to make things better, and it was a good enough start for her.

Tabitha was still up in the nursery, gently rocking Derek, who was fighting himself to stay awake, when it was obvious that he was exhausted. Tabitha was a wreck...more so than she had been in ages. If it wasn't for her children and her husband, she probably would have gone off the deep end. Her nightmares had gone away about a month after she'd been released from the hospital after derek's birth, and she had been relieved. At least, if anything, she'd been able to get some peaceful sleep. But, as the ministry became increasingly intrusive, the more her anxiety seemed to get the best of her. She was constantly on edge, and she knew something was up. Even though she was no longer a deatheater, she still felt targeted, and her mark had started to burn again. She was suspicious of everyone, and it frustrated her. Every time she got to a point where she could live life normally, something would happen and set her three steps back. She had always resented Voldermort for that, then Lucius Malfoy, and now, that resentment was directed upon Dante. She looked down, and noticed that Derek was finally asleep, and she set him in one of the cribs before going downstairs. Kyla had been down there ages before, following Josepha around, watching her decorate. It fascinated Kyla to watch Josepha create the settings. Tabitha wandered around, and found herself at the food table, and helped herself to a dinner roll, timidly pulling sections of it apart as she looked to see who was there.

Hunter was so tired, why did women always have to go in labor on a holiday? Yes it is exciting to have a child on a holiday but its not far the the doctors or the nurses that have to be there for it. He was finally done with delivering a set of little girl twins but had to shower back the hospital before going to the party. He walked in and found his boys causing trouble in the hall with a house elf watching them. "They haven't broke anything...yet Sir." Said the elf. Hunter could only laugh. "OK, well stay out of trouble Mini Seth and Sols" He knew how those two boys were when they were kids and his boys were just like them. He ruffled up their hair and wandered on by. He wondered where his beautiful wife was and where is Princess of a daughter was hiding. He had not called ahead of time to let Boa know he was on his way, he wanted to surprise him. An elf directed him to where she was. Her old room, the balcony.
Hunter walked in and just watched her. She was hurting so much after her attack, he was looking for the man but he was not easy to find. Hunter wanted to kill him and tear his throat out. He knew Boa did not want Hunter going after him but it had to be done. He had his brother and cousin doing some hunting and seeing what they could find. When he did find the man he would suffer.

Pushing off the door frame he walked up behind his wife and slowly wrapped his arms around her so he didn't scare her. "You look amazing in the moon light." He leaned down and kissed her neck a dozen times. On the last one he nibbled lightly at her ear. "This balcony brings back when we were kids. I remember being here for the first time because Gwen was invited over I think. I thought your property was amazing and I wanted us to get lost in the back yard." He laughed. "I knew then I would end up with you Boa Slytherin Wood. And no one can ever change that feeling." He rubbed her arms and held her tightly against his strong chest smelling her hair when the wind blew. He could feel his stomach tighten up and the urge to never let her go.

Gwen was late, as usual, because she hated everything she put on. She was just starting to show with the baby and nothing was fitting right. She was a fashion designer but all she could think was how fat she was getting. She didn't like it. She stopped eating but Cody made her eat. As they were at the door she looked at Cody. "I think I should go back and change. Maybe I should just go home and stay in sweats. I haven't told anyone about the baby yet and now I am showing and I don't like it." She pouted with her cute pouty face up at him. She loved Cody and was happy they were going to be having their first child together, she knew she wanted to be with him forever. He clasped her hand with his and walked into the house taking a deep breath.

Jen was looking for Seth and on the way to find her husband she found his mother. She loved that woman, since she didn't have her own mom she was so happy to have her. "Where has your son gone off to?"

Suzu was wearing a long, bright red dress. She loved it. She loved the way it fit and the way the boys looked at her in it. Suzu always had been a flirter and so she had spent all her time thus far sweet talking all the boys. She kept getting glances from her da, cousins and other family members and decided to give up on her boy chasing pursuits for moment. Suzu went over to where her mum was sitting trying to feed Ron and Emma. It was always a struggle to get them to eat their veggies. All they ever wanted was acid pops and cauldron cakes. When she got to the table she plopped herself into a chair, leaning on one arm watching her younger siblings eat. She couldn’t help but laugh watching the way Emma picked at her food. It was always secretly endearing to Suzu how very similar Emma was to her. It also made her laugh as she watched Ron gobbling down his food. She still couldn’t believe that she and Ron came from the same da, him and his head of bright red hair. After a moment of sitting she noticed how her mum looked deep in though. Kris had always been a worry wart, and no doubt she was thinking about how screwed up the world was these days. Suzu was still young and foolish but the gravity of living in a world with a scary Ministry and even scarier deatheaters was something even she found herself thinking about. Suzu didn’t like the silence and finally she said “Muuuuum” sounding as dramatic as usual. “How can I flirt with anyone when da is always breathing down my back. He always watching me like a hawk”.

Jack was dancing around with Ruby when out of the corner of his eye he noticed Dori coming towards them. Still holding Ruby he walked over to his wife and kissed her cheek. He could tell that there was something on her mind. He was determined to help her forget her problems. Gently he set his daughter on the ground and helped her fix her dress that was a bit wrinkled after their waltzing together. Jack said “Look Ruby, there is your cousin Gerard. Perhaps you could play with him for a bit”. He then looked at his wife, took her hand and then pulled her close “Can I have this dance, Mrs. Slytherin?”

Seth and Sol had been in deep conversation when they both caught the movement of Ethan running in and hiding underneath an armchair in the corner. Sol said to his son “Hey little guy, what are you doing?” Ethan put a finger up to his lips to show his dad he was hiding. Sol laughed “It isn’t very nice to hide from mum now is it?”. A few minutes later Alana appeared at the door asking where Ethan was. She asked if they had seen Ethan. Sol put his hands up in the air “I dunno where that kid could be” in a playful way. Seth was then motioning with his eyes as to where Ethan was hiding in the corner. Seth was still a bit traumatized from a time when they were kids and he had lied to Alana about something and then she hexed him so bad he had to go to the hospital wing.

Setsu was wearing a tightly fitted black dress. She looked stunning and on her hip she had her daughter Harmony who was also dressed nicely. Setsu was feeding a roll to her daughter when she saw Tabitha. “How are you tonight?” The two weren’t especially close but they always saw one another at these family gatherings.


Josepha was making a beautiful pink flower appear for Kyla when Jen walked up to them. Josepha loved Kyla as much as she loved any of her grandchildren. It was true they weren’t blood related but she was the closest thing Braeden ever had to a mother and she enjoyed seeing the man he had become and the family he now had. Josepha stood up from her crouch and embraced her daughter in-law. “Jenn my dear, how lovely it is to see you. You look stunning by the way” Josepha gently combed her hand through Jenn’s beautiful blonde curls, the way a mother would. “Did you bring your sister? She is always welcomed you know” she added with a smile. “My son? I don’t know for sure, but last I heard he was over in one of parlors by the entrance hall”. Josepha then motioned for Kyla “Don’t be shy honey pie, you know Jenn. She is your aunt now too”. Josepha bent down and picked Kyla up so that she could be eye level with her and Jenn.


Boa had been lost in thought but she was always on guard these days. The second she heard someone coming towards her she turned and pulled out her wand, fear running rampant in those large brown eyes of hers. She realized how jumpy she was and that it was only her loving husband coming to join her. She apologized quietly, stuck her wand back in its place and continued looking out off the balcony as he talked to her. He wrapped his arms around her and was saying the sweetest things. He was always a smooth talker. She always liked though. When he told her the moment he knew he’d end up with her, she turned to look at him in the eyes. She loved him, she truly did. She wanted to kiss him but she held back. Finally after a moment of silence she said quietly “I’m glad you’re here Hunter. I was worried you wouldn’t make it”. Boa had a bad feeling in the pit of her stomach. It was as if she knew something bad was going to happen but she felt silly and kept it to herself. She looked at him again, touched his face and then loosed herself from his embrace as she usually did. Ever since he had threatened to leave her, she truly was afraid that he would. That he would leave and she’d never see him again. It worried her, and part of her subconscious was preparing her for that great loss. Boa sat on her old bed and picked up a picture frame that still sat on her bedside table. It was of her and Hunter when they were still dating back in Hogwarts.


Cody could feel Gwen’s anxiety level shooting off the roof. She always worried about her weight and it had only gotten worse since she became pregnant. It really worried him. He had to constantly make sure that she was eating, not only for herself but for their baby. He clasped his hand around hers as they made their way up to the house. He turned his eyes up to the sky to marvel at the stars. They were beautiful but even so they could not compare to Gwen’s beauty. When she started pouting about wanting to go home he stopped walking and looked her in the eyes “Gwen you are beautiful. You are right Gwen, everyone is going to notice you tonight, only because they won’t be able to stop looking at you because you are so gorgeous. You just need to stop worrying babe, everything is going to be fine ok”, he squeezed her close and kissed her forehead. “Your family and friends love you and nothing about that is going to change” he grabbed her hand again walked her inside.

[Kris Linford + Family]

Kris looked over at suzu, hearing her say something. She had only really heard the part about Kenji watching Suzu like a hawk, but she was able to piece everything together as she had noticed a bit of suzu's behavior. It had snapped her out of her thoughts, and provided a distraction for her for the moment. "I'm sure he'll back off soon," she said reassuringly, although they both knew it probably wasn't going to happen. Kris wasn't fully against suzu flirting, but both she and Kenji had made it clear to suzu that dating wasn't an option until she was at least 13. So far, she hadn't had any reason to not trust suzu when it was agreed, so there was no reason for her to really condone harmless flirting. "If he doesn't, i'll go talk to him, alright?" she said to suzu. "He does seem to listen to me most of the time," she added. Emma was still pushing most of her food around on her plate, and was now trying to offer it to suzu, her older sister that she adored. Emma loved all of her siblings, but since she saw suzu the most, suzu was her "favorite" sibling. Ron was squirming to get down, and once Kris allowed him to leave the table, he ran off to find one of the other kids to play with.

Dorothy smiled a little when Jack kissed her cheek. She always loved the little things like that, especially when she was feeling down. Ruby gave her mother a hug before jack set her down. She walked in the direction of where Gerard was at, but then noticed Kenji, and decided she wanted to bother her grandfather. She ran over and tugged on his jacket, trying to get his attention. Dorothy smiled at jack before replying "I'd love to dance, Mr. Slytherin". As they danced, she rested her head against his shoulder, feeling safe for the moment in his arms. Her earlier thoughts were starting to vanish, and she was liking that it was just the two of them, a moment that seemed to be rare a lot of times.

Alana held back a laugh. "Are you sure you don't know where he is?" she asked, and then became serious again. "I'm sure that he ran in here. He's not hiding, is he?" she asked, and then noticed movement in the corner of the room. "Wait a minute..." she said. "Since when does the furniture move?" she asked with a chuckle, watching Ethan hide behind a curtain close to the chair. Alana snuck over to the corner, and waited quietly for a few minutes, and then pulled back the curtain, playfully yelling "Found you!". Ethan looked surprised to see his mother had found him, and then ran past Alana to sol. "Why did you tell?! No fair!" he pouted, looking up at his father with his arms crossed.

Tabitha looked over, hearing Setsu. "Hi," she said. "I'm doing alright, i guess. What about you?" she asked. She got a glass of punch from the table, and sipped it. "Harmony looks adorable, by the way. I love her dress! She's getting so big, too!" she said with a friendly smile. "How old is she now?" she asked, taking another drink of her punch. "Kyla's around here somewhere. She loves these types of gatherings," she said, tickling Harmony, making her laugh.


Kyla was tightly gripping the flower's stem, wanting to make sure that she didn't drop the pretty flower. She looked at Jen, still a bit unsure about her. She really didn't see Jen as much as she saw the rest of the family, so she was always hesitant and shy for a bit. Eventually, she held out the flower so Jen could see it. "Lookit what gramma maded for me!" she said. "It's my favorite color, too!" she added happily. "Darwick doesn't like pink cuz he's a boy," she said, making a face as she struggled to say her little brother Derek's name. most of the time she just called him little brother, but she wanted to act like a big girl, so decided to attempt to say his name.

Hunter could always feel the moment when Boa was pulling away. It killed him inside and made him upset. They were to never have a perfect marriage he figured. "I told you I would be here. I know Duty called and you hate that and I am sorry for that Boa." He let her slip out from his arms and walk over to her bed. They had shared the bed once, when he snuck in through this very balcony. He figured if they had been caught Boa's older brother Jack would of skinned him then killed him, but thankfully they weren't. To Hunter it felt like a lifetime ago that he didn't have Boa with him and he knew it would be the end of his life if she ever left him. Walking over to the bed he sat down and started kissing her neck again, looking at the picture out of the corner of his eye. "Weird to think we were that young isn't it?" He played with her hair. "I saw our trouble makers down stairs when I came in. They have way to much Sol and Seth in them, I am scared to know everything they think up to do. Gerard is going to be their Oliver, the one they get to join in on all the adventures and troublemaking I think." He chuckled but never letting his touch fade from her.
He knew at any moment she would pull away again or push him off, no more of it. "Boa, you are my wife, the mother of my children, the love I would die if I didn't have. You cannot pull away from me so much. You may not need my touch but I need yours." If she was to look in his eyes she would see the hurt and despair in them.


Oliver was late and felt horrible, but technically he wasn't late, he was there before midnight. He found Setsuko and kissed her fiercly on the lips. "Hey baby." He then kissed his Harmony on the cheeks and the nose and the top of the head. He loved his little angel. "Hi Tabby, sorry to interrupt but I hadn't seen my wife all day and that couldn't wait a moment. But I can leave and give you some girl time." He was playing with his daughters fingers while he talked. He felt so young to have a wife and a daughter but he also felt old looking back at years at the house he was in now and the people he has grown up with.

Gwen looked up at Cody, which was a pretty good look, since she was short and he was tall and she smiled at him. If he wasn't there she would crumble. She knew her family and friends loved her and always would but she felt that if she became the opposite of what everyone knew her for then her fans would start to hate her as well. It was all in her head and she had tried for a long time to get over it and still trying. Her hand clasped tightly with Cody's. "My love, why do you always know ho to calm me?" How did she get so lucky to have him? As they walked into the house Gwen smiled big and found Katie. Katie immidiatly saw Gwen and pretty much skipped up to her. Knowing Gwen was going to hate her for doing what she was about to do. Katie's hands went right to Gwen's belly. "You are having a baby!!!!" She looked up at Cody for an answer knowing her little sister was unable to answer at that moment.

Peyton had been trying to get all the kids settled into one room to play, the last thing she wanted was for them to be running around breaking anything. The only one that wouldn't stay was Brooklyn. She just had to be with Mommy cause she wanted to find Daddy. But Brookie heard her aunty Katie and let her fingers slip from mommy's and ran over. "Baby? Gwenny is having a baby?" She smiled very big up at her aunties cause she knew what a baby was, her mommy had one not very long ago. "They are funny looking when you first meet them but I think they cute later." She whispered at Gwen and Cody. Gwen was still unsure what to say, should she run or cry? But she felt Cody holding on tightly to her hand so she let some (not like its a lot) of her body weight rest on him; she felt like she might faint.


Jen loved her mother in law more than words could describe and she felt warm when she was hugged. Then the little shy Kyla started talking to her. "Oh thats a very pretty flower." Jen couldn't bend down cause of the baby belly she had so she conjured up a chair behind her and sat down so she was at more eye level with the little one. "Pink is one of my favorite colors too. Can I see the flower?" She wanted to slip it into the little girls hair like her mom use to do with flowers. "And your grandma is very talented isn't she? I bet you will be just as talented as her one day." She smiled at her and laid a hand on her belly. "Oh the baby is kicking. Do you want to feel?" She motioned for where Kyla should put her hands.

Dakota wasn't sure if she was going, she had been in a fight with Gabe the last week. She was ready to settle down but she didn't feel like he was. They had been together for so long and she was feeling empty cause he didn't want her. She wandered into the house and found him smoking with Braeden. 'of course he is smoking' she thought to herself. Putting on a smile she stepped forward. "Hi there." She may be smiling with her lips but not with her eyes was all she could think.

Suzu sighed not believing that her dad would listen to Kris. He always did what she wanted most of the time, but when it came to protecting Suzu against pubescent boys, well that was a different story. Suzu said “No you can’t tell dad to back off cuz then he’ll just figure that we’re trying to hide something from him and he’ll get even more snoopy than before”. Suzu pushed some hair behind her ears with a sigh. She closed her eyes and opened up her mouth playfully for Emma to put some food in. “Mmm what was that Emma? Why won’t you eat your food? It’s really good see”. She opened her mouth for Emma to see “All gone”. Suzu’s mind then thought about something “Mum, why do I have to wait til I’m 13 to date? I think I’m grown up enough. I’ve grown several inches than last year” then she whispered to her mum “I have boobs now too” she was very matter of fact about. Part of it was her trying to prove a point, another part of it was Suzu being her natural blunt self and wanting to watch Kris get flustered from her saying the word ‘boob’ out in public. “Mum, Alana has known Sol since she was my age, and Dori was dating Jack probably since before I was even born”. Suzu’s sisters seemed so old to her, especially Dori. Sometimes Suzu felt her sister’s were more like second mum’s just around to tell her what to do all the time. Suzu smiled to herself as her mind was thinking of ways to get around the dating rule. Maybe she couldn’t date but there were plenty of other things she could do.

As Jack was dancing with his wife, he whispered in her ears as her head rested on his broad shoulders. “Remember the first time I asked to dance?” he laughed to himself “I was such a nerd when we were in school. I knew you were the prettiest girl at Hogwarts and I just wanted you to notice me. I took you to the dance floor and I remember how impressed you were that I knew how to ballroom” he paused in thoughtful silence “I knew at that moment Dorothy that we were meant to be together. I never could imagine we would have such a big family but its more than I could hope for”

Kenji felt a tug on his jacket. He figured it was a house elf about to warn him about some chaos Ron was making somewhere. It was a pleasant surprise when he saw his granddaughter Ruby starring up him. Kenji bent down and picked her. “Ruby, my girl! How are you?! You look so very pretty in your dress”. Kenji kissed her cheeks a million times to get her to giggle. He loved her laughed. Taro patted Ruby’s head. He loved his cousin’s batch of kids. They were all so cute with their red hair and freckles. “Hey Ruby” he said sweetly to her. Taro had always been really good with kids.

Setsu’s face lit up when Tabitha said that Harmony looked adorable. “Oh thanks Tabby! I can’t like it took me forever to decide on this dress for her. She is getting really big. Harmony is about 17 months. Almost to her second birthday” she kissed Harmony’s cheek. “I wish I could say Harmony likes these events. Harmony is very shy. She won’t leave my side” she sighed. “Soon she will have to learn how to be a big girl” she said this last bit mostly to Harmony who just hid her face in Setsu’s chest. Tabitha made Harmony laugh but then she got shy again. Before Setsu knew what was going on, her husband was kissing her. When he finished she was blushing, feeling bad for Tabby who had to sit and watch that. Oliver then made his apology to Tabby. Setsu handed Harmony over to him because she really wanted to be held by her daddy. Setsu wrapped her arms around his. She loved to hang on her husband like that. “Tabby you should come sit with us” she laughed “I know my feet are killing” she lifted her dress just enough for Tabby and her husband to see the intense heels she was wearing. Then she looked back at her husband, her eyes bright, so very happy to see him “What were you busy with so late honey?” it always seemed her husband was busy with this and that.

Cody was happy when Gwen said that he knew how to calm her down. He gave her an Eskimo kiss and smiled at her. They had only been in the house for a few seconds before Gwen found her sister Katie. It was a bit frightening when Katie put her hand on Gwen’s belly and called her out for being preggo. Cody looked around the room seeing if anyone had noticed. Ian had seen his wife go past the table, he excused himself from talking with Viggo and followed Katie. He wrapped his arms around her waist as she talked to her sister. Ian smiled big “You’re pregnant Gwen?” he was excited for his sister-in-law but really hoped it was Cody’s baby and he really hoped that Gwen was actually pregnant and that his wife hadn’t accidently called her sister fat. Katie’s eyes went right to Cody as Gwen wasn’t about to answer that. Cody shifted his eyes to Gwen not knowing how she wanted him to answer. He cleared his throat awkwardly “Yes, Gwen and I are having a baby” his voice was quiet not wanting all the nosy people around to hear and start a scene but he was genuinely happy and he and Gwen were gonna be a mom and pops soon. Brook had still managed to hear and came around asking about a baby. Cody’s mind was trying to think of the right family terminology for his next sentence. There were so many kids in this big family it was hard to remember who belonged to who, and how everyone was related “yup your cousin Gwen is going to have a baby”. Cody laughed at Brook’s next comment “Thanks Brook”. He looked over at Gwen, he could tell she was nervous. He let her lean on him. He just hoped she would smile at tell everyone, including him that she was happy for the baby. Cody still felt that Gwen regretted having this commitment of being a mum and to him.

Josepha smiled watching Jen and Kyla interact. “Oh the baby is kicking?!” Nothing could excite a grandmother than that. Josepha gently pushed Kyla towards Jen “Go feel the baby kick. Remember when Derrick was still in your momma’s belly?”. Josepha was excited for the next wave of grandkids to be born. She asked Jen “If you need help fixing up a nursery, let me know. You know how much I love decorating” she beamed. “Have you and Seth been thinking of names yet?” she was very curious.

Gabe was happy to see Dakota, but it was so soon after their big fig. He wasn’t really sure how to act or what to say. He wanted to be nice to her, he loved her but he was so mad about this shiz she had accused him of. It didn’t exactly make him feel good. Though it was true he had said a lot of crap that probably made her hurt too. “Hey Dakota” his voice was calm and collected. He didn’t sound cheery but he wasn’t mad either. “You look good tonight. You wanna joint?” he waved one seeing if she would take it or refuse it. “I didn’t think you would show. Did you bring Andrew?” he laughed to himself “Nahh… I bet he is snogging somewhere with Kimi”


When Alana noticed where Ethan was, making him abandon his hiding place Sol was surprised when Ethan blamed him. Sol laughed as he grabbed his son and put him on his lap “I didn’t tell on you Ethan” he whispered in his son’s ear “Uncle Seth did”. Seth looked at his brother for letting that slip. Sol then motioned for Alana to join them.

Boa sighed when Hunter apologized about having to be at work. “Hunter, I know your work is important to you. I’m ok with it” she paused trying to figure out what to say. What she wanted to tell him is that being away from him made her nervous, it made her feel unsafe and vulnerable but instead she just said with a small smile “I miss you when you are away. That’s all”. Hunter then joined her on the bed as she looked at the old photograph. He started kissing her neck and it tickled. For one quick second she smiled big at him. She put her hand on his leg but squirmed until he stopped. “It is weird. In so many ways I’m so different then who I was… then again I’m still that girl” her thoughts were cluttered with so many memories, happy one and those she regretted. Boa then heard her husband’s comment about their sons. She let her guard down for a second as she thought about her kids and her brothers whom she loved “Yes, they are a lot like their uncles. It still boggles my mind, that even my little brothers are grown up starting families of their own”. Up until that moment she was leaning up against her husband as his arm was around her but she stood up to put the photograph back. As her back was still turned her husband said ‘you are my wife, the mother of my children, the love I would die if I didn’t have. You cannot pull away from me so much. You may not need my touch but I need yours’. Boa’s eyes were threatening to tear up. She didn’t want to look at her husband, afraid of what his eyes would tell her, and more afraid of what her eyes would say to him if he saw. She didn’t really know how to express herself. It was always something that not only frustrated her, but her husband who she knew who was always scrambling to figure out how to tend to her when he didn’t know exactly what was wrong with her. Boa said quietly “I’m sorry Hunter. I really am”. She took a deep breath and turned around, looking at the floor rather than at him “I love you Hunter, I really do. I want to make you happy… I just feel broken. I… I… I just need time”. Boa could feel the tears coming, she didn’t want Hunter to see. She scurried into her bathroom and locked the door.

Kris thought for a moment. Suzu did have a point. "i guess that's true..." she said after a few minutes, still thinking. "He's just protective. You're his eldest daughter, and believe me, he's not the only one who's like that," Kris explained. "Dorothy's father was like that as well, she didn't start dating Jack until she was about 13," she said, growing quiet for a moment. She still rarely talked about David. It was always easier just to remember memories, and even after 10(OOC: i think it's been about 10 rp years)years, she still struggled with his death. It was still hard for her to deal with the fact that he was gone. Not that she didn't love and adore her family, she truely did. But David had been her first love, and it was something she had never completely gotten over. The deatheaters who had killed him had never been caught. Kris doubted they ever would be, and that thought was one of many that kept her from having complete closure. Suzu was momentarily distracted by Emma, who, having seen suzu enjoy the food she had given her, decided to give some of it another chance. It gave Kris a quick opportunity to regain her composure and calm down. She then heard Suzu ask about dating. Again. She chuckled slightly when Suzu said she had grown several inches, and had boobs. "To be honest, it was the closest compromise i could come to with your father. Believe me, if he could have made you wait until you're 18, he would have," she said. "I can't really give an actual explanation as to why 13, but it's not like it's a bad thing to wait," she added. "Like I said, Dorothy didn't start dating Jack until she was 13, but she was friends with him way before then," she explained. "Alana was friends with Sol all through school, and wasn't dating him until she was 16," she said, and was then quiet for a moment, thinking. "I know this isn't the answer you wanted, but seriously, just wait a few more months," she said. "We both want you to be responsible, and let's face it, most guys your age probably aren't the most mature either. I've taught most of them, some of them act like Ron half the time," she joked. "Give it time. be friends with them first, see how you interact," she said, looking over at Emma's plate. "Good job, em! You can go play with the others now if you'd like," she said as Emma happily ran off to find other people.

Dorothy looked up at Jack with a small smile. She remembered that night like it was yesterday. "Hey now, i was just as nerdy as you," she laughed. "I always thought it was so neat that you knew how to ballroom dance. I didn't have much grace myself and was a horrible dancer, but somehow we managed to get through that," she said. "I thought i was going to fall flat on my face," she added with another laugh. Jack always knew how to make her smile and feel special. She stepped up onto her tiptoes, and kissed Jack softly after he told her that that moment was when he knew they were meant to be together. Her eyes glistened with happy tears for a moment. "It's hard to believe we've been together for so long. But, i wouldn't change it at all. You're the most amazing person i've ever met, seriously," she said, looking down at her hand. She still had the rings he'd given her...the promise ring on her 16th birthday, the engagement ring, the wedding band. She kept all three on the same finger. She was also wearing the sapphire necklace he'd given her on their first wedding anniversary. "I know things have been a bit rocky, but you've been supportive, and so helpful. It helps me, a lot," she said. "Eventually i'll be able to get out of this funk, i mean, at least i'm not crying for hours on end anymore, right?" she said with a soft laugh.

Ruby giggled happily as Kenji picked her up. "Hiiii gampa!" she said happily, and waved at Taro as well. "Daddy said my dwess makes me wook wike a pwincess!" she giggled. "Did you see all the food ober there?" she said to kenji, pointing at the large food tables. "There's soooo much!" she said happily.

Tabitha smiled a little. "Kyla was like that for the longest time. She's starting to be a bit more social now, but she was always by my side the first couple years," she said. She heard Oliver apologize for interrupting, and laughed a little, replying "Oh, you're fine. It's no big deal". She laughed a little when Setsu said her feet we killing her, and showed off the intense heels she was wearing. "Those are crazy. where did you find them at?" she asked as they walked towards one of the tables. She wondered where braeden was at, but wasn't too worried, as she was sure he was around the manor somewhere. It was such a large house that he could be anywhere.

Kyla smiled shyly as Jen said the flower she was holding was pretty. She asked to see it, and kyla handed the flower over, being careful not to make the petals fall off. "I wanna learn how to do charms too, but gramma says i have to wait," she said, disappointed. She looked a little hesitant when Jen asked if she wanted to feel the baby kicking. She guessed Josepha must have picked up on it was well, since she was gently pushed over to where Jen was at. She heard Josepha ask her if she remembered when her mother was pregnant with Derek, and she nodded. She carefully placed her hands where Jen had showed her, and giggled a little as she felt the baby kick. "Are you having a girl baby or a boy baby?" she asked jen curiously as a stronger kick startled her and she pulled her hands away quickly.

"oh..." Ethan said, and then looked over at seth. "How come you told, uncle sefh?" he asked as Sol picked him up and put him on his lap. Alana walked uncomfortably to where Sol and Ethan were, and sat down. It felt like the baby was stuck in her ribs, or something. She wasn't sure. All she knew was it was a tiny bit painful, and super uncomfortable. She smiled a little, watching sol interact with their son. She wondered what he thought about her being pregnant again, but didn't ask. She hadn't brought it up since she had originally told him. The negative reaction then had convinced her that he wasn't okay with the idea of being a father again, and so she had decided not to bring it up again. "Ethan did a great job helping me clean his room today," she said to sol. Granted, Alana hadn't done much aside from dusting the shelves, straightening pictures, and things that didn't require a lot of bending. "He picked up all of his toys off the floor and everything," she added as Ethan beamed proudly.

[GWENDOLYN WOOD]

Gwen was stunned when Katie came up to her and grabbed her. She was short on words and couldn't move, her hand did squeeze Cody's hand really tight though. Finally she was able to get the frog out of her throat. She stared at Ian and Katie, "Yes I--we are having a baby," She corrected herself. "Cody and I are having a baby." She smiled and leaned on Cody. She knew he was so happy to be a father soon. She knew he wanted to tell everyone and she appreciated it so much that he was willing to hold off until she was ready...or tell everyone found out from her loud mouth sister. Looking down at her little niece she smiled. "Yes they are funny looking at first but don't forget you were a baby once to." She poked Brooke in the nose, "And you turned out very pretty." She pulled on Cody's hand to walk off. "Excuse us." She pulled him into a hallway and collapsed on him and jsut let out a very big breath. Her arms clung to him and her face buried in his chest. People forgot that she could read minds and when her guard is down little thoughts jump in without her trying. She had heard what Ian had thought and it tore her apart. "Who else would I have a baby with? Does he think I sleep around?" She started crying, being pregnant made emotions soar. "Ian actually thought the baby could be someone else's." She clung tighter to Cody and then pulled back. "Do you think that too?" She never pulled into Cody's thoughts, she had put up a very strong wall to not allow his to come in, she thought it was wrong. She actually put a spell against his thoughts.


Katie smiled at Brooke and then watched at Gwen and Cody shuffled off, "She does hate attention like that on her. I don't know how she is going to handle getting fat. She is always freaking out about her weight." She shook her head and sighed. "I hope we don't have to put her in rehab during the pregnancy." Katie was always worried about fragile Gwen, the girl who always thought she wasn't good enough. She leaned back into her husband and kissed his cheek. She wondered how they had such a good marriage and how they never fought, but she also couldn't read his thoughts.

Jen giggled, "We are waiting to find out what we are having, I want it to be a surprise. I think boy and I Seth thinks girl." She looked up at her mother-in-law, "Oh I would love your help. That would be wonderful. I was kinda silly and got my office all decorated and now I need to work on the nursery, I guess I just didn't feel like it was real, but there is no thinking that now." She laughed. She loved how she was excepted into the family, she was scared with the age gap between her and Seth, some families would be bothered by that, but this one seemed ok with it. As she was sitting in the chair she felt a big kick and then something a little hard than brastin and kicks, "Ummm..I think I just started contractions?" She looked up and gave a half smile, half worried face cause she could feel that her water had just broke. "Kyla, can you go find uncle Seth for me please?? Its very important."


Oliver held his wife and smiled at Tabby. "Yes please come join us" They walked over to a table and sat down. "I don't know why you where heels like that? Wouldn't you rather be in flat shoes or barefoot?" He chuckled and kissed her cheek. "And to answer your question, I was doing some business stuff in America today. I sent you a text saying I would be late but I guess it didn't go thru. Andrew and I had some stuff to take care off. I think he is off with Kimi now though."

Andrew and Kimi were in a back hallway and Andrew wasn't letting go of her. "It feels like I haven't seen you in so long. I don't like that feeling." She kept her close to him and ran his fingers through her long hair. "I did sneak over and watch you during your class the other day but I had to leave before you were done. Weird and stalkerish I know." She kissed her. "But it was the only time I could see you." Andrew had been so busy and his and Kimi's schedules had not been working out the same. He had fallen in love with her and he was so confused on how he felt about that, but he knew he wasn't letting her run off from him. One thing about Andrew was he was very up front and forward about everything and would not hold anything back.


Hunter watched his wife pull away from him again setting down the photo. His heart was breaking every step she took further away from him, it was like he was losing her. He didn't understand why she had to be so distant with him after all this time. Wasn't marriage about being together and talking through things you don't talk to anyone else about? He sighed and just in her voice he could hear her trying not to cry. She said she felt broken, wasn't he supposed to do something about that? Help her in someway, she said she loved him but did she really? Did she really still love him like she says she does? She ran in the bathroom as he was standing up to go to her. The door shut and he felt the anger boil. "Time Boa? Time?!" He punched the door with his fist and walked out. He wanted to be there for her but all she did was put him to the side. He didn't know what to do. Walking out of the bedroom he onto the balcony and did something he had not done in a very long time. He shifted. He shifted into his hawk form and flew off. He wasn't leaving the premisses of the Mansion but he needed to fly, to feel free. Before he had shifted he had taken his clothes off and laid them in a nice pill by the window so he would have something to change back into when he got back. 'How can she just do this to me? I can only understand so much.....' he thought while flying.


Dakota was so unsure about how things were with Gabe. She was so not liking that he smoked pot so much, at first it didn't both her but now that she was more into her career she couldn't see that as a mature thing to do. Maybe once in a while but she felt he did it to much. Then he offered her some and he knew she was drugged tested for work and knew she couldn't have it. She sighed and started to turn away, she wondered if Gabe even wanted to be with her anymore......

[BOA SLYTHERIN-WOOD]

OOC: Dori (or was it Alana) is going to give birth too huh? Hahha so many babies popping out right now… and then the deatheaters come. I will probably bring them in after you each post one more time. Unless you want me to wait lemme know.

Suzu’s interest always spiked up when Krissy brought up her late husband. No one ever talked about him, and when he did happen to come up everyone usually started crying or feeling really awkward. Suzu watched Krissy curiously seeing if she was going to start crying and make her start feeling awkward. She knew it wasn’t polite to ask questions about him but she couldn’t help herself, her mouth was already in momentum and it sort of spilled out “If you loved your old husband so much why did you marry my da?” she didn’t say it meanly it just she was confused still about how adults decided they ‘loved’ someone. “I don’t understand how you can love two people at once…. I mean I know he is gone…. But…” she was wondering if she would ever find a man to love. She was still young but thoughts like that were always on her mind. Suzu was very much the romantic dreamer. Suzu started feeling cranky after Kris implied she wasn’t responsible. Everyone was always judging her. No one understood her. She crossed her arms and sighed.

Dorothy said that ‘she was just as nerdy’. Jack shook his head and gently pushed some of her hair behind her ear “No you never were nerdy. You were always like a beautiful swam in a pond full of geese” then he chuckled “I definitely have inherited mum’s cheesy genes haven’t I?” He finished listening to her talk and he frowned. He hated thinking about the horrible funk his wife had been in. He loved her so much, just thinking about her being upset just really bothered him. “Things are getting better, and they are going to keep getting better. I just know it” he reassured her. He kissed her forehead letting her know that he was there for her.

Kenji laughed when his granddaughter did. She was such a cute little thing. It was the closet thing he’d ever get to experience of her mum Dori being a kid. He was always secretly sad that he didn’t know his girls when they were younger. He just had to keep telling himself that it wasn’t his time and it was good that the girls had such a great dad before he came along. “Do you want some food Ruby? Lets go take a look see shall we?” they waved goodbye to Taro and walked over to where all the food was. “Mmm my favorite raspberry tarts!” he picked one up and took a big bite. He then put up to Ruby to see if she wanted a nibble of it.

Setsu giggled at Tabby’s question “I got them from a muggle mall. I don’t remember what it was called. I had gone with Alana a year or two ago”. She found relief when she finally sat in the chair. She smiled at both Tabby and her husband and daughter “OHhh that feels so much better, now where you saying dear? Why I wear shoes like this? Well because I need to look good for such an occasion. If you mingle with money you have to look the part.” She teased. “Also heels make my legs and bum look good” she glanced a happy smile at Tabby “Isn’t that true Tabitha? That’s what these darn things are for. To lift and to “inspire”’ she laughed at an inside joke that she had with her brother though she wasn’t sure if the others would think it was so funny. Setsu shook her head “No, I didn’t get it. Muggle technology isn’t always reliable but it sure is interesting”. She then looked at Tabby “Do you have a cell phone Tabby? I don’t think I have your number. Here let me take it down” she pulled her phone from her tiny purse. “I would love to have you over for tea sometime and you can bring the kids over for a playdate” she giggle very happy about that idea. She then looked at her husband “You need to get some of our nieces and nephews to come over. I don’t see them as much as I would like” she sighed.

“Oh don’t worry Jenn I will be able and willing to help whenever you want me. I have decorated many nurseries in my day… all 7 of my children as of my grandchildren. I love the whole process and what I love the most is seeing my new baby or grandbaby in the splendor of it all when it’s done” she was beaming from ear to ear just thinking about having another Slytherin child around – as if there weren’t enough of them in the world. When Josepha heard the word ‘contractions’ she thought to herself ‘its never a Slytherin party without some sort of strange twist’. She smiled warmly at Jenn. “Don’t worry child everything is going to be all right”. Josepha then bent down to Kyla and kissed her cheek “Yes, go get your Uncle Seth if you can find him. If you see Dorothy or Hunter they might be able to help too”. She patted her granddaughter lightly on her toosh to send her on her way. She then stood up to support Jenn. “Accio Chair” and one came zooming to her. “Would you like to sit here a moment or move into a room upstairs while you are able. We can get Seth to carry you too. He is a strong lad isn’t he?” she chuckled.

Seth was at a loss for words for his nephew’s question “Sorry kid. Didn’t mean to ruin your fun”. Then Sol listened to what Alana had to say about their son cleaning up. When she finished he looked at his son, his eyes wide from being so proud “Is that so Ethan? Did you do all that for your mummy? Well you are going to become a great man aren’t you Eth? Give your old man a high five huh?” he put his gigantic hand up waiting for his son to give him one. Sol then looked at Alana “Are you doing alright? You need something?” he always worried Alana wasn’t telling him what she needed. Even though they were doing a lot better, he still felt like she didn’t trust him or decide to not ask for his advice and didn’t care for his opinions. “I can go get whatever you need Alana so don’t spare my feelings ok?” he pulled out his wand and gave her one of his famous big grins, dimples and all “I also have this! My wand of POWER” he joked as he used too.

Cody was confused when Gwen pulled him to the side. He was then very worried as she collapsed. He was able to support her. “What is wrong Gwen?” his eyes were furrowed with anxiety. Then she started saying ‘who else would I have a baby with? Does he think I sleep around?’ and then she began to cry. At first he wasn’t sure what she meant by any of it. Then it dawned on him that she must read Ian’s mind. This thought was verified when she said Ian’s name. She asked if he thought that too. Cody shook his head, his face was stern on his answer. He spoke gently to her “No Gwen, I do not think that. You don’t even have to worry baby” he held her close and let her have a moment to cry. He then said quietly “Its alright to be upset but I really doubt Ian meant anything by it. It was probably just a random floating thought. People do that all that time. Random alternate possibilities pop into their head. Then when you realize it couldn’t be you shake it off and move on. Ian is a good guy and I know he has a love for you because you are his sister-in-law. You two grew up around each other right? Well I don’t think he would have such bad thoughts of you. I know it’s hard but try letting it go. Everyone accidently judges someone but you realize it’s not true at all and you don’t think that way.” He was trying to be logical and sensitive all at the same time and he felt he was utterly failing.

Ian embraced his wife as she leaned into him. “That girl seems so torn up these days. I wish we could help her out. She seems to pull away further when we try to stick our nose into her business though” he sighed. His voice was quiet, so only his wife would hear. He knew it was rude to talk about people’s problem’s out loud in public “Do you think she will eat enough for her and the baby? You should make a meal plan for her to follow… you would be good at that” he suggested hoping it wasn’t too bold of a thought.

Kimi giggled the same way her sister did. She giggled when Andrew found her and held her tight combing his fingers through her hair. ‘It feels like I haven’t seen you in so long. I don’t like that feeling’ he said to her. She put her soft delicate hand to his cheek “It has been a long time.” He then told her how he stalked her. Her eyes got big with excitement and she felt a bit disappointed that he didn’t make himself known while he was stalking. “I wish you could have stayed, or at least let me know you were there” she said quietly. “You and Oliver have been so busy” she knew this was who he spend a lot of time with because of what her sister would say on the nights when Oli would have to be late. “Am I not your priority?” she looked at him with longing in her eyes. She dropped her hand from his cheek and let her hands rest behind her back as she leaned on the wall behind her.

Boa couldn’t hold in the tears when she heard her husband punch the door screaming so angrily. She was broken, but she knew she couldn’t do this to her husband. Boa would always be broken. Too many things had happened to her that she would always have cracks. As Boa sat on the floor in her dress trying to calm herself to go back out and apologize she heard her husband’s bird call. Her eyes grew big in fear. He hadn’t shifted in such a long time she was afraid he was going to leave her this way. That he would just fly away and not come back to her. She swung open the door. Boa’s face was wet from her tears and she had a bit of mascara running down from the side of one of her eyes. She accioed her broom she still kept in her room. Boa climbed on it even though she was wearing her formal gown and raced out to find her husband. She had to make sure he was going to come back to her. “HUNTER! HUNTER! HUNTER!” she called scared that he wouldn’t answer her. The grounds of her parent’s home were extensive on their own. If he had left the property who knows where he would be. She was crying again she started realizing the possibility that she had sent her husband over the edge.

Gabe saw Dakota turn away and he wondered what her deal was. Either way he didn’t want her to go. Gabe put his joint down and ran to her. He grabbed her arm “Where are you going?” he brows knitted as a looked of puzzled confusion was on his face. “Did I say something wrong?” his voice was no longer cool and collected but full of worry. “Are you still mad?”

Kris looked over at suzu, a hint of confusion on her face for a moment. Suzu never brought up David, at least, not in this sense anyways. "Well," she started, unsure how to answer it. "Momma, i want down! i finished all my food!" came Ron's voice, interrupting her thoughts. Kris looked over at his plate, and allowed him to leave the table. ron bounded off, looking for something to do, leaving just kris and suzu at the table. "It's hard to explain, to be honest," Kris said. She thought that her answer sounded a bit like a cop-out, like she didn't want to answer suzu's question, thought that wasn't the case. She'd just never had to explain it before. no one had ever asked her the questions suzu had. "I had been with David for 13 years, and when you're with someone for a long time, there's things that they do that you just grow to love. His laugh, the most i think," Kris said, her voice quivering just slightly as memories came back to her. "He would always crack jokes, or try to make someone laugh. if that didn't work, he'd try to catch you off guard with a silly prank," she said with a small laugh. "When he died, it felt like part of my heart had been ripped out of me." she added. "I felt lost for a long time after he died," she said, growing quiet for a moment. to actually hear herself talk about david, it brought back a lot. "When..." she started again, and took a deep breath to calm herself, afraid she'd start crying. "When i met your father, I wasn't sure where things would go. He seemed nice, but i wasn't sure i was even ready for a friendship, let alone a relationship. But, you know what? Eventually he grew on me. David and your father are a lot alike, actually," she said. "There's little things your father does that i fell in love with, and eventually i knew that i could love him as well," she added, fidgeting with her bracelet subconsciously. "There's still a part of me that loves David, but i had to realize that my heart had enough love for more that one person. Not everyone has to deal with this, but there's some that do. it's so hard to explain feelings, it really is," she said, figuring that she had probably confused suzu even more.

Dorothy laughed softly, a small smile crossing her lips. "Cheesy isn't that bad sometimes. I think it's cute," she said, and smiled. She heard him tell her that things were getting better, and after he kissed her forehead, she gently rested her head against his shoulder again. She hated worrying him, and she knew how much it was bothering him to see her like she'd been. She just couldn't help it, but she was relieved to know he'd be there for her. Not like she doubted him, of course. She knew he'd always be there for her. The music stopped for a moment, and dorothy looked up at jack. "I think i'm going to go get something to drink. You want anything?" she asked him.

Ruby's face lit up when she heard her grandfather ask her if she wanted some food. "Yeah!" she said happily in response as kenji took her over to the table after she waved goodbye to taro. Kenji held up a raspberry tart to her, and she eyed it, leery. She loved raspberries, but she wasn't sure about the tarts. She took a small piece of it, and ate it unsurely, but after a few minutes, decided they weren't so bad. "Those are yummy, grampa!" she giggled.

Tabitha laughed slightly. "Of course that's what they're for! Too bad they're not more comfortable. Of course, i don't wear heels that often. It's not the best thing when you're as clumsy as i am," she laughed again. She heard Setsu ask if she had a cell phone, and nodded. "I have one, but all i really know how to do is call on it," she said, taking hers out of the small bag she had with her. It was a simple phone, compared to most of the ones she had seen, but she didn't mind. "I'd love to bring Kyla over for a playdate sometime. Derek might be a bit young yet," she added as the two swapped phone numbers.

Kyla looked at Josepha, confused. She then felt herself being moved, and then sent on her way to go find her uncle. She wandered around, trying to find him, but wasn't paying attention, and ran into Ian. "Oof! Sowwy," she said, trying to find seth. "Do you know where Uncle Sefh is? Gamma Jojo wants me to find him cuz auntie jen is looking for him. Somefing about a baby," she said, still looking rather confused. ((OOC: i fixed it! my brain is still fried from finals apparently, lol))


Ethan grinned, and nodded happily when Sol asked if he had helped his mother. He gave his father a high five, and giggled happily. "Mommy said i was a big kid for helping!" he said happily, forgetting all about being mad at Seth for telling alana where he was hiding at. Ethan loved being around both his parents, and was always a lot happier around them. Sure, he had his moments where he was a brat, but it wasn't as constant as it had been when it was just him and his mother, only seeing sol on weekends. Alana looked over at sol, hearing him ask if she was alright. "I'm fine, i'm just a little uncomfortable," she said. "The baby's been moving around a lot, and keeps kicking me. Only another week to go," she said, laughing slightly at sol's joke. She jumped slightly as one of the kicks hurt a little more than she was used to. "See? It's crazy," she said, taking sol's hand and resting it on her stomach so he could feel the baby.

Oliver laughed at his wife and her comment about mingle with money. He knew she wasn’t really like that so that was what made him laugh. He turned so that he could take her feet in his lap and slipped the baby into hers. As the girls chit chatted he rubbed his wife’s toes and feet and ankles. “They do make you look hot.” He shook his head with a smile. “But I will stick to flat comfortable shoes, thank you.” He winked at his wife and let them continue on with their conversation.

Jenn smiled at her mother-n-law, it was nice to have her around since her mother was not anymore. She sat down in the chair and waited for Seth, she figured he could just carry her elephant ass up the stairs. “Are we going to make it to the hospital or are we going to be having this baby here? Is Hunter still at the party or did he go home already?” Her forehead was starting to sweat and her nervous were on end. “I can’t have the baby yet, it can’t come out yet. I am not ready. What if I am a bad mom?” She started crying, Jenn rarely second thought herself or cried like this but she was scared and she needed Seth holding her hand, not off drinking somewhere with his brother. And where was Lisa? “Someone needs to call Lisa!! She needs to be here. She was on a date with that vampire.” Jenn remembered she needed to breath but she needed Seth more. “This shouldn’t be happening now. It’s not perfect. The baby room isn’t set up yet and I need my husband!!!! Seth Slytherin!! If you hear me! Get your behind in here right now!!!!!!” She knew he could hear that. Did she feel bad she was being a massive bitch? YES but she had a childs head coming out of her lower body and it did not feel all that wonderful!!

Gwen just laid in Cody’s arms and rested her head against his chest. “I know I shouldn’t of gone into his thoughts, and i didn’t mean to. Since I have become pregnant it’s like I can’t control the thoughts from soaring into my mind. I have tried to stop it but it seems like its excelling the farther along I am. I wonder if this means our child will have a power like this, or what if we have a squib? I would love it all the same but to be in a magical world without magic....i just couldn’t survive like that, it’s not fair to the child.” She pulled herself up and took Cody’s hand and walked into an open doorway where there was a little couch. She sat down on it and slipped her shoes off. “Maybe we should of stayed home, can I just hide out till the baby comes out and then tell everyone?” She chuckled. She was still worried he was going to leave her when she got fat. “Cody? Are we ready for this?” She looked down.

Dakota flipped around and looked at Gabe, “I don’t know anymore....you know I don’t like you smoking that stuff and you know I can’t and it seems like we are barely together anymore. It just feels like you are pushing me away. I am sorry I am so busy with work but I love what I am doing. I am finally doing what I want to do in life but it feels like you don’t want to be there with me.” Unsure what else to say she leaned back against the wall and looked at him. Was it time for them to breakup? Could she do that? She was actually in love with him, but they had never said those words to eachother and were they ready for that step? She needed him to tell her and she didn’t think he would.

Hunter flew around the house very fast and tried to clear his mind, then he heard her calling. Had she really come after him? What is he supposed to do with that? Now she comes out of the bathroom? He was so angry but also happy she came after him, he wasn’t the one chasing her for once. He flew back to the balcony, shifted back and put his clothes on. “Boa!!! Come back to the bedroom!” He called out to her and he waited for her. He would get his broom if he needed to and go after her but he hoped she heard him. He just wanted to hold her but he was also so mad. “You cant just lock me out damnit!” He said angrily waiting for her.

Andrew pushed his body hard up against Kimi and leaned down and bit her bottom lip. “Don’t give me that pouty face damnit.” He kissed her and ran a hand up the side of her body to her chest. “I am so in love with you Kimi, that you are my number one priority, everyday.” Had he really just said that out loud? He had thought it for a long time and he was glad he was pressed up tightly to her so she couldn’t run away from him. He knew she had been hurt bad in the past and he wanted to change that. “You are the most important person to me next to my family. I have never felt this way about anyone in my life, ever. I know you think I am a man with lines and games but this is not any of that.” His mouth went to her neck and kissed softly. Was he ready to marry her? The bigger question was, was she ready to marry him? “The work load is over now with Oliver for the most part so you can see me whenever you want....if that is something you want.”

Katie loved that her husband thought so highly of her but sometimes maybe it was just to high. “Oh Ian, I will try to do something for her eating. That is what I am scared of since she already thinks she is fat, the baby is going to make things worse with that in her brain. But I thank Merlin’s beard everyday for Cody. I think he is the best thing to ever happen to that girl. I guess he really loves her cause he hasn’t run yet.” She chuckled lightly. “She hates when anyone tries to control her life because our parents did for so long. It’s her way of not letting anyone tell her what to do. But I have noticed she doesn’t argue with Cody too much on things. So thats good.” She kissed her husbands hand that she was holding in hers against her chest.
Katie was standing with Ian when the little Kyla came up to them. Jenn was in labor. “Or dear!! Ian you go find Seth pronto and I will go with Kyla back to Jenn. We will need to get Dorothy and Hunter.” Katie took Kyla’s hand and walked back to Jenn. “Oh Jenn, things will be ok. I promise.” She could hear Jenn yelling all the way down the hallway.

The lights and candles of the castle began to flicker on and off like a poltergeist was playing a massive trick on the whole building. Then flames and the fire in the fire place roared and grew so large and hot that for a second everyone thought they were going to be incinerated. The light bulbs burst with a crack and the flames all extinguished themselves in a dreadful high pitch chorus of screaming. It sounded as if someone had thrown hundreds of mandrakes in the flames to their death. The guests in the castle all began to freak out. Men were dashing about and women and children were crying and screaming for their protectors. A cackling laugh rung through the castle. Everyone began to whip out their wands, light them up and look around the castle. Something was amiss. Then high above the ceiling a man was floating. He held his wand up to his face so everyone could see him. It was Lord Dante. The crowd grew even more nervous. Some people fled the scene. Others stood watching in awe while others looked ready for battle. “Hello Brother” Dante said to his brother Dorian who began to charge at him with his wand. Dante’s face flashed an evil grin so cold, just to look at him made goosebumps run up your spine.

Dorian’s voice bellowed through the castle and its many chambers. “You are no brother of mine! What are you doing here Dante?! How did you get in?! How did you get past my enchantments?!”

Dante laughed again “You have a traitor in your midst’s brother. And now you and your friends will all perish. The bones of the pure one’s will help bring your demise”

Dorian’s face was full of anger and he looked like a powerful lion about the pounce on his prey “Don’t you speak in riddles to me Dante!”

Deatheaters began to appear in the room and started their attack.

Dante smiled and said “It won’t be a riddle for long” He then pointed his wand, waving it at the crowd below. His voice was deep and throaty “Hear you me! All of you will die tonight…. Except for those who have attempted in thwarting me in the past. You know who you are and I will have my revenge. I will make sure your death is a slow, agonizing process. I am coming” and then he vanished in thin air, ready to round up those who were due for a good torture.

Dorian scream above the scrambling and hollering of the people busy in fighting off deatheaters and running for their lives “I will kill you Dante!!!

Just then a loud bang came from the grounds outside. A rumbling like thunder followed. Then it sounded like a chorus of groaning. Dorian knew what is was and the riddle made sense to him now. Dante must have used an enchantment of some sort to awaken the dead from their slumber in the crypts of Slytherin Manor. The bones of the pure ones were going to aide Dante in this battle. There was only one certain spell that could kill the dead and that spell was not one that anyone knew. It was one that only the very very old wizards of ancient days knew, back when black magic still ran rampant. Dorian knew the spell was in an old book of spells in the secret study in the castle. As much as Dorian didn’t want to leave his family and friends in the madness he knew the only way to save them was to find the spell to kill the army of the dead that Dante had called forth.

Jenn had been making a fuss and having a panic attack about having a baby. Josepha felt for the girl, she was young and this was her first child she was about to give birth too. Josepha was trying to give Jenn words of comfort but nothing seemed to soothe her. Kyla had already gone off to find Seth and Josepha kept her fingers crossed that her search would be fruitful. Jenn then hollered really loud for Seth and Josepha was sure Seth would have heard that. Josepha laughed, not meanly but in a motherly way as she knew exactly how this girl was feeling. She said “You have a good set of lungs on you girl” she teased as she gave Jenn a head massage trying to ease her stress level.

Ian had just finished embracing his wife when Kyla found them. Kyla announced she needed to find Seth because Jenn was having her baby. Ian watched as Kyla and his wife Katie were going to find Jenn and then he went on his way to find Seth.
Josepha was watching as Katie and Kyla were walking towards them and then the lights began to flicker and the scene between Dante and Dorian unfolded. Everyone was running and screaming. Deatheaters were charging around. Josepha was no stressing out. She had a pregnant woman who was about to explode under her care. Josepha grabbed Jenn’s arm “We need to hide you Jenn. You are in no condition to fight. Hurry Hurry before someone see’s you. This way. Don’t worry we will find Seth”. Josepha looked back to see if Katie and Kyla were alright and see if they were still following them.

Seth had been just lounging around with his twin Sol and his wife Alana and their kid Ethan. He was just smiling as he reclined watching his brother interact with Alana. Seth thought they were perfect for each other and he was glad that they were trying to work things out again. Just then Seth heard his wife holler his name. Seth laughed a little “Did you hear that? Sounds like Jenn needs some more chocolate. She’s been craving it by the bucket load”. Seth reluctantly got out of the comfy armchair and began to mosey on out into the hall that connected to the great hall where his wife’s voice and pierced in to him from. Then the lights began to flicker and he heard screaming and shouting. Seth went running. He didn’t know what was going on but if anything happened to his wife, to his Jenn someone was going to pay. She was everything to him and he couldn’t lose her or their unborn child. Seth had his wand out, lighting the way through the darkness of the castle. He could see his mum’s red hair and saw that she was with Jenn. Then Ian grabbed Seth’s shoulder “Seth!” but didn’t have a chance to explain. A deatheater ran at Seth and he hollered “STUPEFY!!!” and then turned to his wife and mum “What the bloody hell is going on?!” Josepha said “Don’t just stand their boys, give me a hand”. Seth quickly obeyed his mother as did Ian. Seth still didn’t know what was happening but was sure Jenn would fill him in. Ian could see his wife and knew they needed to find their kids.

Suzu had been listening to Krissy tell her about David – her first husband, and biological father of Alana and Dori. Then the lights flickered and everything went dark. Suzu was trembling inside when she saw Lord Dante. No wonder everyone was scared of him. He looked like death itself. She didn’t know what to do but she didn’t hesitate to whip out her wand “LUMOS” she said to shed some light. She looked at her mum for comfort and direction. Should they run, should they hide? Suzu had never experienced anything like this and she was more than terrified. She could only imagine how scared her little siblings were who didn’t have wands to defend themselves with. Emma was closets to her and she took her into her arms, holding her tight while still holding her wand out ready to harm anyone that got close. Suzu waited for her mum to tell her what to do. Her eyes were darting around the room as the screams grew louder and she could see people rushing by in every direction. She wished her da was here to protect her.

Jack had been enjoying a beautiful moment with his wife when everything turned for the worst. Dori was just about to go get them a drink but Jack immediately grabbed Dori with one arm. They were like two magnets, determined to stick together no matter what. Amid all the ruckus Jack spoke to his wife “We need to find the kids Dori. You have to promise me, whatever happens you will keep them safe ok” he didn’t want his wife to do anything stupid if he needed to play the hero to save his family. He didn’t care what happened to him as long as the kids and Dori were alright.

Kenji and Ruby were standing by a table filled with delicious goodies. They were trying all the tasty treats and eating tarts. Kenji loved children, especially his own and his grandchildren. They meant the world to him. Kenji had let out a hardy laugh, seeing how much Ruby had enjoyed the treats when all the commotion began. Kenji held onto his granddaughter. He kissed her forehead and looked into her eyes “Don’t worry Ruby. I won’t let anything happen to you. You need to be brave for grandpa alright. If I tell you to run or hide you need to do it ok sweetie. Trust me” Kenji took out his wand. It was lit up and he began running through the hall. He needed to protect his granddaughter and make sure the rest of his family was alright. Just then someone bumped into him and he put his wand up to the guy’s throat ready to protect himself and Ruby.

It was Seita “Uncle! They are everywhere… what do we do? I was outside just a moment ago…. There is an army of skeletons about the break into the castle at any moment. I tried killing one and kept on moving”. Kenji’s eyes grew wide thinking about an army of the dead also attacking them. If only he knew the spell. Kenji didn’t know what to say but he just said what he knew “We need to get everyone out to safety ok. You need to help me out” Seita nodded “Of course, anything Uncle”

Setsu had been chatting with Tabitha as she played with Harmony in her lap and Oliver gave her a foot massage. They were discussing a playdate for their kids. Setsu knew how much Harmony needed company her own age. She had cousins but it was good to have other friends as well. The lights began to flicker and then the room went dark. Everyone was screaming and Harmony began to cry loudly. She was scared by the darkness and all the noise. Setsu looked at Tabitha and then at her husband. Her heart almost stopped she was so terrified. She could see the deatheaters attacking people around them. Setsu was shaking all over and still trying to be strong for her husband and especially for her baby. All she could remember was the night her parents were killed. Setsu was holding Harmony for dear life. She took out her wand and was freaking out as she spoke “We need to get Harmony out of here. I need to find my siblings” she sounded on the verge of tears “what if they are in danger. I need to find Ayame and Kenta” and then she was thinking about everyone else she loved and the thought of losing them. She was about to hyperventilate “And Taro, and Haru… and the triplets and Edward… I need to find Kimi”.

Sol was feeling his wife’s belly when the lights began to flicker “What is that?!” he said and then the lights bursts and flames in the fire place almost scorched his eyebrows “What the hell was that” he stood up, quickly getting out of his seat. Then it went all dark. He turned his wand on “Lumos” and grabbed Ethan “I’m sure this isn’t a good sign”. Sol looked at his wife, she was preggo and he had a son he needed to protect. He looked at Alana “You aren’t going to like this but… you need to get yourself and Ethan out of here ok… I need to help the others. I know you want to help but I can’t risk losing you” he kissed “Please Alana keep yourself and our kids safe”. Even though their next was born, it was still his child all the same.

Cody had just finished saying “Of course I’m ready for this. I’ve always been ready for this” he laughed “well maybe not always, but right now I couldn’t be more ready. I want a life with you… and our baby Gwen. I couldn’t anything better than that. You are the greatest treasure I could ever hope to find and cherish as my own”. Then they witnessed the same phenomenon of the lights as everyone else and they could hear the screaming coming from the great hall. Cody bolted up and ran to the door he opened it and the screaming got even louder “What is going on down there?” he looked at Gwen. He had been so full of hope and now something horrible was about to happen. He could just feel it and he didn’t want to believe it. “Gwen I need to get you out of here” he hoped she would be as willing to leave now as she had been 2 minutes ago but knowing her she probably had changed her mind 180 by now.

Gabe was about to say something really spiteful after the way she talked to him. He didn’t think it was called for at all. From where he was standing on the balcony he could see inside the castle and how the lights were flashing. Then there was screaming and crying and some deatheaters started charging at them. Gabe pushed Dakota out of the way to shield her from danger. “Petrificus Totalus! Stupefy” he yelled after whipping out his wand faster than a blink of the eye.

Braden joined up with Gabe “Merlin’s Beard!” he stabled himself after hearing a loud bang and feeling a rumbling thunder coming from beneath them. Then only seconds later they heard a deathly groan “Bloody hell” Braeden spit out as he could see an army of skeletons marching towards them. “How? Why…?” he looked at Gabe and Dakota “This is really dark magic… ancient dark magic for that matter”. His father had been a deatheater, along with his siblings and so he knew a thing or two about this stuff. “There is only one spell in the whole world that could destroy the undead like this…. I don’t know it… its ancient, I would have thought it would have been wiped out long ago. Oh hell…” he pulled his hand through his hair, feeling the weight of the situation. “Gabe, your uncle Dorian must have the spell somewhere in this castle… must … he must have some black magic book somewhere. I know your Uncle isn’t a deatheater but I know he has had relics like this from his father … he probably kept it not wanting it to accidentally get in the wrong hands. Do you know where it might be?”
Gabe thought for a moment “Perhaps in his secret study”
Braeden said “Do you know how to get in?”
Gabe said “I think so…” he wanted to help but sounded iffy.. he didn’t want to leave Dakota. He didn’t want to leave her unprotected.
Braeden said “You need to find the book. I need to find my wife and kids but I will find you and help you find the spell”. They had no idea that Dorian was already looking. All Braeden knew was the severity of the situation.

Boa heard her husband say ‘come back to the bedroom’ and she started flying back. But then the deatheater who had summoned the dead was flying towards the castle to join the fun and found Boa. She didn’t see him sneak up on her and blasted her with a spell that sent her falling off her broom and she plummeted to the ground with a scream. Her body was sore all over from the fall and she was sure she broke a few things but she wasn’t one to give up. Boa pulled out her wand to defend herself.

Kimi was enjoying every word Andrew said to her. She also enjoyed the sweetness of his kisses. He told her that she could visit him whenever she wanted… if she wanted it. Kimi smiled at him and pulled him in close “That is all I want. All I need to be happy is to see your face” and she kissed him. Then the lights when wacky and people were screaming and she knew something was wrong. Kimi clung onto Andrew, pulling out her wand “I think we are under attack” she whispered, horrified at the thought. Kimi then shook some of the fear off as she remembered her whole family was here and she had a flashback of her parents dying. She couldn’t hold back the sobs “its going to happen again… going to happen again” she mumbled through her tears. She wiped her tears and started running down the hall. “I need to save them” she called back to Andrew. Kimi couldn’t let anyone else in her family die the way her parents did.

Lyra had been trying to comfort Piper from her crying fit. When the lights started flickering Piper only grew more distraught. Lyra then heard screaming and could see flashes of light darting around the castle and she knew deatheaters were attacking the castle. She couldn’t believe it. Slytherin manor had always been a safe haven. It had never been penetrated. Lyra held onto Piper and began running down the hall. She didn’t know what to do. She had no magic, no wand to protect her or her little child. Lyra wanted to call out to her husband wherever he was but she was too scared to speak. She was making her way up to the nursey, she needed to see if her son was there and make sure the children were safe. Lyra wasn’t sure how she would help protect the children but knew she had to try. She couldn’t only hope the house elves would use their magic for good.

Taro was running through the crowds. It was chaos and he had no idea where anyone was. There was a lot of people he needed to find and protect first and foremost were his 4 kids, his wife and his two youngest siblings who he was raising. Taro heard screams every which way and he kept looking, scared of what he would see or who he would find injured. He was pushing through the crowd calling out the names of his loved ones hoping he could find them and protect them from harm.

Kris ducked a little, shielding her face as the lights popped and the room went dark. She lit a small bit of light from her wand. It was bright enough for her to see, but not bright enough to draw attention. Her heart was racing, and her eyes widened as she saw what was going on. She took off her high heeled shoes as she scanned the area around her for suzu and emma. She spotted them and seemed to breathe a sigh of relief. She could hear Ron whimpering from underneath the table, and pulled him into a tight embrace with one arm, grabbing suzu and emma with the other as a light fell from the ceiling and crashed to the ground near them. "Suzu, i need you to take the twins and hide. I don't care where, but find somewhere. fast," she said, quickly, though her voice was shaking and her eyes wide. She was slightly more composed than those around her, but she was still scared. She just could hide it better than most. She needed to, in order to not frighten the children. She turned to push the children in the opposite direction of the commotion, and was hit by a spell from a deatheater, causing her to drop to the floor. She managed to shoot a spell back, stunning the deatheater long enough to get away herself. She searched the room as she fought off deatheaters, trying to find her husband and older children, hoping that they had managed to get somewhere safe.

Dorothy looked at jack as he instructed her what to do. She was terrified, and was shaking. "Reid and the twins are in the nursery, but i don't know where ruby is," she said, thinking aloud, a few tears running down her face as she grabbed her wand, holding it close to her. She kissed jack, and told him to be safe, and started to find a hiding spot as she looked around for ruby, not knowing that Ruby was with Kenji. Most people seemed to be trying to flee or hide, it seemed almost impossible to find people. She noticed her younger siblings and grabbed them as she went to go find her eldest daughter and get the younger children. "Stay here, it's safe. I have to go find Ruby," she said, her voice trembling as they made it to the nursery and noticed that a few other adults were there. She carefully exited the room, in search of her daughter. She kept her wand out, an illuminating spell currently cast so that she could see in the pitch black. She could hear the commotion downstairs from where she was at in the hallway, but she was soon distracted by footsteps in the hallway. She whirled around, her wand ready. "Who's there?" she called out, her voice shaking in fear. There wasn't a response. "I'm not joking. Show yourself!" she said again, afraid of what she was about to face. What if it was a deatheater? or one of the skeletons she had seen outside? She couldn't be sure, though she hoped that it was someone she knew.

As things became chaotic, Ruby looked up at Kenji, and started crying. Her clear blue eyes were now filled with tears and she clung to her grandfather, scared. "Where's mommy and daddy?! I'm scared," she cried, not even really hearing the instructions that he was telling her. Her cries then turned into a terrified scream as they bumped into someone, quieting only when she recognized seita. She was still whimpering, having no clue what was going on around her. All she wanted were her parents, wondering if they were scared as well.

Tabitha knew exactly what was going on as soon as she saw Dante, and it terrified her. She knew Derek was safe in the nursery, and she had seen Kyla earlier in the evening...but where? Tabitha's heart began racing, and she grabbed her wand, ready to fight anyone who came near her. She frantically scanned the room, trying to find any hint of her daughter or husband. "I think the safest place for the children will be the nursery," she said to setsu, and then added "You can't be seen with me. They're looking for me, and if they see you or harmony, they'll hurt you." Tabitha felt like her heart was going to beat out of her chest, and tried to make her way through the frantic crowd. She was still clutching her wand, trying not to draw attention to herself. Unfortunately, she was shaking so badly that when she ran into someone, it caused her to shriek loudly, and start crying. As soon as she noticed it was braeden, however, she began sobbing out of both fear, and relief. "I can't find kyla, i don't know where she is..."was all she could make out as she hugged him as tight as she could. She could feel her anxiety rising, and her arm burned as she felt the mark again. She wanted to flee, but couldn't. Not without knowing if Kyla and Derek were safe.

Alana looked up at the ceiling as the lights flickered, and shielded herself as they then burst. Luckily, Ethan was on the other side of the room, and was unaffected by the flames, though the sudden darkness scared him and he ran back over to his parents. "Sol, what's going on?" Alana asked, her brown eyes wide, and her voice quiet and fearful as she trembled. Luckily, they were close to the nursery, and as sol left to help the others, her and ethan were able to get to the nursery without much trouble, where she found her other younger siblings and family. Ethan was clinging to her, terrified and crying as well. She was terrified herself, but was trying to keep from upsetting Ethan more. Emma and Ron had also run over to alana as she found a dark spot to hide, like many of the others. She was crouching down when she suddenly felt a sharp pain in her stomach that brought her down to the floor as she clutched her stomach. "oh no...not now..." she thought to herself. She knew she was due any time, but why did that time have to be now? She was hoping that she wasn't going into labor, that the sharp pain she had felt was just a really hard kick, but as she felt the same pain several minutes later, she knew exactly what was happening. She sat against the wall, trying to keep herself from going into a panic attack, terrified of the situation. She couldn't have a baby now, not while the place was crawling with deatheaters.

Kyla jumped as the lights went dark, and she clung to katie's hand. "What's happening?" she asked katie, scared. She could hear people screaming, and just wanted her parents. Kyla was quiet through most of what was going on, not sure what was really happening. She was afraid to cry, thinking that it would get katie and her hurt. She could still see josepha ahead of them, and felt a tiny bit of relief, knowing her grandmother would protect them if anything happened.

[GWENDOLYN WOOD]

Katie took Kyla' hand and they started walking towards Jenn. She hoped Ian found Seth in time or Jenn would be one very unhappy mama. Then the lights started flickering and screams came from all over. 'My babies!!!' was all that went thru Katies head but then she scooped Kyla up into her arms and ran towards Jenn and Josepha. They moved their way into a room where they could hide. "Merlins beard!! What is going on? What are we going to do? Apperate out of here? My babies are in the nursery. I need to get to them." Katie started to cry but caught herself because of Kyla and didn't want to scare her anymore. "It's ok sweetie. You mommy and daddy are just fine. I am going to set you down on the couch to help Auntie Jenn get the baby out of her tummy. OK. Only move if I tell you to." She smiled sweetly at the girl.

Katie walked over to Jenn who was crying and freaking out, "I need Seth! This cannot be happening right now. I need him mom!" She looked at her mother in law.

Then Seth and Ian were there and Jenn clung to Seth and Katie to Ian. "The baby is coming! Worst time possible. What is happening out there?!" She wasn't letting go of Seth. "I cannot die before I get to see my baby." Tears flooded down her face.

Katie ran to Ian and clung to him. "Our babies! What if something happens to them?"

Oliver jumped up when all the firing started. He blocked any threats coming towards his family. No one would hurt those he loved. He would die before he let that happen. "Setsu, right now it's about you, me and Harmony. If you go and try to find them and get killed, Harmony will be without a mother and I wont be able to live without you." He took her hand. "I love your family and mine but I will not let anything happen to you." He began running with her and found the hidden room Seth and Sol showed him years ago. But before he could open the door he was hit by a spell and it felt like a gun shot. He pushed his girls inside, and sealed the door magically with them inside. "We have to wait here. I can't fight, the wound is too deep." He clung to his arm and tried to not show the pain he was suffering.

Gwen clung to Cody as he said amazing things to her. She loved him so much and knew he loved her, she was just so scared. Then the screams began and her body tensed up. She watched Cody go to the door. "My family!!" She ran towards the door. She was so scared they could be killed. She had to get to them. She closed her eyes.

-Oliver! What is happening??-
-I don't know Gwen, we are under attack. I think it's Dante. I have Setsu and Harmony hiding with me. We are locked away, but I have been hit and the wound is pretty deep. I am losing alot of blood. Hopefully Setsu will be able to do something. I should of paid better attention to those wound spells.-

-I can't. Not strong enough right now. Katie should be with Ian and Hunter is a strong fighter.-

Gwen opened her eyes. "This isn't good Cody. Dante has attacked. Oliver has been hit but he is hiding with Setsu and Harmony. He is losing alot of blood. We have to go help." She kicked off her heels. "Let's go fight Cody. That is family out there."

Dakota wanted Gabe to love her and grow up but she was unsure if she would get both. Then the attack came out of no where. She screamed as Gabe pushed her to the side to save her. While he was fighting a man scared her and knocked her over the ledge and she went falling. She screamed and then blacked out when she hit the ground.

Hunter was looking for Boa on the balcony when he saw her flying to the ground off her broom. He summoned his broom and flew down to her. Sending protection spells and dodging shots that were being sent to him.He got to her and scooped her up in his arm and flew back up to his room. He thought he killed an attacker but he didn't care. All he cared about was getting Boa to safety. He flew threw the window and locked it. Laid Boa on her bed. "Baby! Are you ok?? I am so sorry. We have to get our little ones!

Andrew loved having Kimi in his arms and touching her. He hated being away from her. He never wanted to let her go but once the attack came she pulled out of his arms and started running away. "Kimi no!!" You can't go after them alone!! They are coming from all over. I will not let you get killed!!! As he was running after Kimi he was off his guard and an attacker came out of no where and knocked him unconscious, he fell to the ground.

Talon was getting drinks when the attack came. All the drinks fell out of his hands and he ran to the nursery. The place he knew where his wife would be. He had left her unprotected and he hated himself. She had no magic to defend her and the babies. As he ran into the room he swooped her in his arms. "Oh Lyra." He smelled her hair and kissed her. "Do we take the children? What do we do?"

Peyton was in the nursery when Lyra ran in. "It's ok. We will protect them. The children will be fine." Once Talon was inside Peyton closed the door. Talon watched his sister be so motherly and it was odd for him, she use to be the trouble child and now she was a grown woman protecting her children, but with a little rebel in her still when need be.

When Kris wanted to split up from Suzu it really scared her. Suzu’s lip started trembling and before she knew it she was sobbing. She really wanted to just cling to her mum and never let go. She knew she would be safe with Krissy around. Even though Suzu had her moments of hostility towards her stepmother, there was no other woman who she would ever call ‘mum’ now or think of in such high regards as she did Krissy. Suzu may have no blood relation to her but they were still family and Suzu didn’t want to be with her mother. Whether she liked it or not, she knew she didn’t have a choice in the matter. Her mum had to help in the fight and make sure her other siblings were safe. Suzu had to protect her little siblings and make sure that nothing happened to them. Before she even realized what was going on, her mother gave her push. Suzu almost fell over but a table caught her fall. For a second she thought her mum was in trouble with a deatheater and she was about to run back and help but her mum was a clever witch and was able to get away. Suzu pulled her siblings under the table. “Ok you two” she wiped her tears trying to compose herself. “Mum left me in charge ok. I’m going to keep you safe. We all have to be brave and be smart. We’re gonna find a place to hide. I need to keep my wand out so that means I will hold your hand Emma and you will hold Ron’s hand. Do not let go! You hear me! We cannot get separated. You have to promise you won’t let go”. She pulled them in for a hug as they squatted under the table. She kissed them and then used her wand to lift up the table cloth to see if it was safe to leave. When it seemed as clear as it was gonna get she squeezed Emma’s hand tight and made she was attached to Ron before she darted out into the chaos with them. They were running through the flickering lights and people fighting and falling over all around them when Dorothy spotted them. Suzu was relieved her older sister and brother-in-law Jack were now with them. Dorothy left them in the Nursery with Jack and the twins as she slipped away. Part of Suzu wanted to hide under a crib and pretend like this wasn’t happening, another part wanted to go after Dorothy and help her out, and another part was telling her to be brave for her family. Suzu’s heart was wishing with all its might that everyone she loved would be safe.




When Jack and Dorothy got to the nursery, Lyra ran to Jack. She held him tight, trying to find comfort in him. She had no magic powers and felt overwhelmed by the chaos around her. When Dorothy had realized that Ruby wasn’t there she slid out the door. Jack was torn. He didn’t want to be split up from his wife and he wanted to make sure Ruby was safe. As much as it ripped him up inside, he just had to trust that Dorothy could handle herself, and find Ruby. Jack had the twins, he had his wife’s younger siblings and he couldn’t leave his sister and niece Piper unprotected either. He was talking to his sister and the other adults in the room “There is a fireplace in the next room. We are going to take these kids over there and take them to Hogwarts… to the Headmistress office. The kids will be safe there, and can be reunited with their family later. Just when they were about to do that, they could hear some deatheaters fighting in the hallway. They didn’t want to risk it and so decided to just barricade the door. Lyra knew she couldn’t fight, she knew her brother and the few other adults already in there were standing guard to make sure no one got in. Lyra decided she could keep the children calm. She started signing a lullaby to Piper and making gentle eye contact with the other children, trying to tell them it would be alright.

It wasn’t very long before someone else was at the door. The elf who was using a peep hole to guard the door recognized it was Alana and let her in. Jack watched as Emma and Ron ran to her. Jack, Lyra and Suzu smiled at her as she came with Ethan. Suzu got up and kissed Ethan “It’ll be ok” she cooed to him. Jack said “Are you two alright?” then Alana seemed to be experiencing some sharp pain. Suzu took Ethan from Alana, as she fell to the floor. Lyra put Piper down and she and Jack were leaning over her. Lyra was trying to check Alana’s stomach where she seemed to be grabbing herself. Jack looked at Lyra “Is she wounded? Is the baby alright?”. Lyra looked up at Jack, the moment was bitter sweet. “Well… I think the baby is coming”
The elf then let someone else in, it was Talon. He ran to Lyra, holding her close as he said “do we take the children? What do we do?”. Lyra’s face went pale as if she was already dead. She pulled at Talon’s collar, pulling at it with all her strength. “Where is Gerard?! I thought he was with you!” Lyra was on the verge of passing out. Jack was still trying to calm Alana who was about to give birth for an audience in the nursery. Lyra stumbled to her feet, and despite the hollering of the house elf who didn’t want her to leave, knowing she was a squib – she pushed him aside and ran out the door. Despite all her fears of her own safety, fearing for her little child was overpowering her to do what was impossible.
Jack wanted to chase after his defenseless sister, but knew Talon would do that. He looked over at Peyton. “Could you help us out? Alana is going into labor” his voice scratchy as he was worried out of his wits. Could this situation get any worse?



Quinn was wandering in the darkness. She was terrified that Lord Dante was coming for her. When she heard footsteps coming towards her she made a gasping sound and momentarily was afraid to speak. Usually she was strong and brave, but tonight she was feeling far from it. She didn’t know where anyone was, and Teo was missing as well. If only he was there to hold her. Dorothy spoke again, demanding to know who it was and it was then that Quinn recognized her voice . Quinn said “It’s me Dorothy. Don’t shoot” she was afraid that Dorothy was going to hit her with a nasty spell. Quinn put her wand up to her face to illuminate it. “You’re not with Jack?,” Quinn was worried something had happened to him.




Kenji was trying to decide what was the best thing to do. Finally he looked at Seita who was becoming more a man every day. “Seita… I need you to take Ruby somewhere safe. I need you to get her out of here”. Seita furrowed his brow “Uncle I can fight! I’m good. I need to be here to help fight them off”. Kenji responded “I know you are good Seita. That is why I trust you to protect Ruby. If you see anyone else in the family, help them out… but if not just get out of here. I’m going to round up everyone and make sure they get out”. Seita was about to say something, something about how he couldn’t leave… he couldn’t let anyone else in his family be killed by deatheaters. Kenji could see Seita’s thoughts before he was able to speak. Kenji cut him off before he could mouth the words. “Seita, you need to go! NOW! Get out of here! There is no time to talk!” Ruby cried about not knowing where her parents are. Kenji kissed her cheek and said “Don’t worry, I will find them” and with that he gave them a nod and ran off into the darkness, shooting spells at deatheaters. Seita held onto Ruby tight, his other hand with his wand at the ready. He started darting through the darkness. He wasn’t sure where he was going… he was just looking for a way out. Seita took her out into one of the many hallways. He was looking for a secret passageway but he wasn’t as familiar with the castle. Out of nowhere a deatheater stumbled around the corner and said “Booo! I got you kiddies”. Seita shoot a spell at him, causing the man to crash head onto a wall. Seita pulled Ruby into a random door nearby. He set her down and quickly searched the room to make sure it was safe. He then jinxed the doorknob so that it would burn anyone who touched it. It wouldn’t necessarily keep anyone from coming in, but at least he would be warned.




All of a sudden Dakota was falling off the ledge. Braeden and Gabe gave each other a look, a silent consent to meet up as soon as they both could. Braeden’s wife had emerged from the flickering chaos of the great hall. She was sobbing really hard. He gently wiped below her eyes with his thumb. He calmly made a shhhing sound, trying to help her relax and say what she needed to say. Braeden held her close as she spoke “We’ll find her.. . I’m sure she is with someone. She is a smart kid” He was trying to reassure her, everything would be alright, but even he was having a hard time keeping a straight face at the moment. He grabbed her hand, reading himself to run inside and find his child. If Dante even dared to get near his little girl he was going to kill him a million times and then some.

Gabe ran to the ledge and looked down at Dakota. He put his wand in his mouth and began climbing down the stone wall, holding onto crevices and vines as he made his descent. When he finally reached Dakota, he held her close. He gently held up her head, and pushed back her beautiful red hair. “Dakota, Dakota, wake up” he called her. Gabe could see that there were possessed skeletons stumbling closer and closer to them. They needed to move if they were going to survive.



When Seth reached Jenn, she was freaking out and he just wanted to calm her. She was clinging to him like a wet cat to the shower curtains. She was scared she was going to die before the baby came. Seth held her securely in his arms “You’re not gonna die. I won’t let that happen to you. We are gonna get thru this ok Jenn. Trust me”. He kissed her forehead.



Josepha had Jenn on the floor. She gave Jenn a look to say ‘I need to check you’. Josepha checked her daughter in-law and said “This might take a while. You are not far enough along for delivery. We are just going to have to wait in here”. She looked at Ian and Katie “I need someone to be watching the door. We can’t have anyone storming in here”.
Ian nodded at his aunt as he walked to the door and leaned his back on it. He looked at Katie who was still by his side. “Ok… I will go find the kids… and you stay here”. He was waiting for her approval. He knew what it meant to Katie to make sure every decision was a mutual one. “I will find our kids and make sure they are safe. I will text you once I find them…. Did you bring your phone?”



Tabitha had left them so suddenly that Setsu was stunned and couldn’t help but feel for the woman. As she watched Tabby disappear into the crowd, shots started getting fired towards them. Setsu held onto Oliver as she tried to keep her balance and not fall. She looked up at him as he spoke, tears were streaming down her face. She wanted to fight and find her family but she knew Oliver would never let her. Before she understood what was happening, Oli pulled her and Harmony thru the crowd. They ended up in a hallway. She could tell Oliver was looking for something, but she wasn’t sure what. A deatheater came at them and she screamed. She was never a good fighter when it came to spells. She could do some karate and kick you’re a$$ but when it came to firing at someone at a wand she usually froze. Setsu could tell the shot was being aimed right at Oliver. She screamed his name “Oliver!!!” as it seemed to play in slow motion, yet happen so suddenly all at the same time. Oliver managed to push them into a door she hadn’t noticed until they were inside. Oli was a fast thinker with his wand and sealed the room shut. Setsu put Harmony down as went to her husband’s side to look at his wound. “Oliver” she gasped, barely able to speak. “Your wound…. Its really bad”. Setsu used her wand to tear off some of her dress so she could press it down on his gaping wound. When he said that he couldn’t fight she kissed him and said “I will fight. You can watch Harmony in here and I will fight. Oliver you have to let me… our family is out there…” she was pleading with her husband. She didn’t know how to remove the spell and would need his help and permission to go.



Cody didn’t want his Gwen anywhere near danger. He wouldn’t be able to go on if she got hurt. He knew there was going to be no way of keeping her from helping someone in need. It was something he always loved and admired about her. She was a loyal friend, thru and thru. If you meant something to her, and you needed anything she would be there for you. As much as he loved that quality, he couldn’t help but wish she didn’t have it right now. Cody just wanted to take her far away and keep her from any trouble. He knew that wasn’t going to happen. He knew that Gwen was a good fighter and that she quick and smart when it came to knowing how battle. Cody had no choice but to trust her abilities and keep in mind that their loved ones were in danger. He tried to put on a smile as he said “Right, lets go kick some deatheater butt!” he took a deep breath as they were about to leave “But please don’t do anything stupid”. He couldn’t afford her lost. Cody waited for her to push the door open, hoping she would change her mind.



Boa clung to her husband “I’m so sorry Hunter! I’m so dumb! I’m so messed up! You really deserve better.. but I’m selfish and I can’t bare for you leave me. Please don’t ever leave me. No matter how horrible I get, just remember that I love you… I know its not enough but “she couldn’t hold back the tears as she buried her face into his chest. She then looked up at him at the mention of their children “Yes… we have to go find them.” She got up and ripped her dress off. She ran to her old closet and jumped into a pair of jeans and through on an old tee. She was muttering to herself “I will kill Dante if he tries anything” she was a ball of fire… ready to strike at anyone and anything.



Kimi was gonna just keep on running but she heard a clunk and knew in her heart it was Andrew. She ran back to where he was there. There were two deatheaters kicking at his unconscious body. “You stay away from him!” The deatheaters chuckled, amused by this small girl acting tough. Before she could shoot a spell, one of the deatheaters disarmed her. “What are you going to do now little girl”. Kimi, often looked a lot younger than she really was. Kimi kicked him and punched him as hard as she could. The man was taken by surprise at her combat moves and he fell to the ground in terrible pain. The other deatheater used his wand to hold Kimi against the wall “That’s enough of that! You think pain is fun…. Well tell me just how fun this is”. He then shot her with ‘crucio’. Kimi screamed in pain… her high pitched voice echoed through the hallway, but no one was around to hear.

[Dorothy Slytherin + Family]

Emma listened as Suzu gave her instructions, her brown eyes wide in fear. She had no clue what was going on around her, but it was terrifying, and Suzu was the only one she thought she could trust. Ron was still whimpering, just wanting his parents, and to know things were going to be alright. "I won't let go...pwomise," she said when suzu instructed her to not let go of ron or suzu's hands. Once they finally left the safety of being under the table, Emma trembled, clinging to Suzu's hand, and trying to not let go of ron. Once Dorothy found them, Emma seemed to relax a little bit, but still kept a tight grip on Suzu's hand as they made their way to the nursery. She watched as Dorothy left the room, confused as to what her much older sister was doing. Ron's attention was focused on his other older sister, Alana, who appeared to be going into labor, though ron didn't know that himself. He just saw that she was in pain. "You help lana?" he asked suzu, pointing at Alana.

Kris was down in the midst of the fighting, pushing and shoving her way through deatheaters. She had stunned quite a few, and was just trying to get to her family. She was terrified that she wouldn't find Kenji, and had to know that he was okay. She knew she wouldn't be able to handle losing another husband, especially to some lowlife deatheaters. Unfortunately, her quick moment of distraction was all it took to for a deatheater to stun her, causing her to fall. She felt her ankle snap under her, and she hit the ground hard, but not before firing a couple of hexes at the deatheater, injuring them. It felt like the wind had been knocked out of her, but she still tried to get away, afraid for her life. It was unknown to most people, but the idea of death absolutely terrified Kris, moreso than anything in the world, and the thought of being killed made her that much more motivated to try and get out of the situation. She was injured, it was going to be difficult to keep fighting, as much as she wanted. She shot a quick glance at the deatheater she had hexed. He looked familiar(at the time, she hadn't realized he was one of the deatheaters who had been suspected of killing her first husband), but she noticed that the hexes were starting to wear off, and she didn't have much time to escape. She managed to pull herself up into a standing position, and as much as it hurt, made an attempt to run away.

Ethan watched Suzu as she cooed at him, unsure of what was going on. "Where's daddy?" he asked her, his eyes wide and lips trembling. The next thing he knew, Alana had dropped to the ground, and suzu had grabbed him, and he whined a bit.

Alana winced, her back pressed up against the wall as she struggled to deal with the fact that she was starting to go into labor. She was far from ready for this, let alone the fact that her child was deciding to make it's grand entrance in what seemed like the worst possible time and place. She could see both Lyra and Jack trying to find out what was wrong, and eventually Lyra announced the obvious, that the baby was coming. She gave a frustrated groan in response, obviously uncomfortable and in pain. She was already irritated with the noise and obvious attention on her, and she zoned in on Jack. "You better find my husband, and find him now! I'm not doing this alone, not like how last time almost was!" she hissed, remembering ethan's birth where Sol had shown up at the last second because his job wouldn't let him off his shift early to meet her at the hospital. Suddenly, Lyra ran from the room, and Alana could feel the beginning of a panic attack starting as she realized what all was going on around her. She could hear the fight in the hallway, and the scared crying children in the nursery...it felt like a bad dream. She hated it.


Dorothy was about to shoot a hex, but then she heard the voice respond to her, and she had a confused look, her wand still drawn. She was afraid it was just a deatheater messing with her. When she saw it was quinn, she dropped her arm back down to her side, breathing a sigh of relief. "Oh thank merlin," she said, happy to see somebody she recognized. She heard quinn ask about Jack, and she gestured towards the nursery. "He's with the others in the nursery. Please tell me you've seen Ruby," Dorothy said, a pleading tone to her voice. "I need to find her," she added, and then heard some fighting down the hallway, near the nursery, and her face paled. She was blinking back tears, afraid that the fighting would break through the nursery. "We need to get to the nursery, quick...isn't there a passageway that leads to there?" she asked, trying to remember where the secret passageways all led to. There were so many, it was easy to get them all confused.


Ruby watched her grandfather and cousin banter back and forth, having no clue what they were talking about. She was still quite afraid of the situation at hand, and clung tightly to Kenji. All she wanted to for everything to stop, and for someone to reassure her that everything was okay. She resisted as Kenji handed her over to Seita, whimpering and crying as he ran off to find her parents, leaving her and Seita to find safety. She screamed at the top of her lungs when a deatheater jumped out at them, and immediately began sobbing. The situation was too much for her...she'd never been this afraid in her life. She was still crying when Seita set her down. "Where are we?" she asked after a few minutes in the room. It wasn't as loud in here, and she didn't see any deatheaters around, so she figured it was safe, though that thought didn't calm her.


Tabitha tried to calm herself, but nothing was working. Her greatest fear, that something could happen to their children, seemed to be coming true, and she couldn't handle it. She heard Braeden trying to reassure her, telling her that they wouldn't find Kyla, but she could tell that even he wasn't sure of it himself. Eventually, she was able to catch her breath. "I-i saw her in t-the hall before everything happened," she said, stuttering a bit as braeden grabbed her hand. "We have to find her...braeden, i'm scared," she said, trembling. "Where should we look first?" she wondered aloud. There were so many places that Kyla could be, it seemed impossible that she could be found.

Kyla could hear the fighting, and had hidden under a chair in the room that she was in. She just wanted her parents. She had no clue what was going on, let alone what deatheaters were. Tabitha had sheltered Kyla from that information for practically her entire life, leaving Kyla virtually defenseless if she were to come up against one. Not that it really mattered, since she was too young to use magic anyways. She looked over at Josepha, wondering if she knew what was going on, since everyone seemed focused on other things. "What's going on outside?" she asked Katie, who was closest to her.

Dakota laid in Gabes arms not moving possibly not even breathing but then she slightly heard his voice in like a dream state. Her eyes tried to open but everything hurt to much. She was able to whisper. “Gabe. I am sorry.” and then she passed out again in his arms. Her body went limp, the bump on her head was a concussion.

Jenn heard her husband telling her she would be alright and that everything would be okay, and she wanted to believe him but there was so much going on. “Can’t we just apperate out of here or something!?? Get me out of here Seth! Our baby, your baby needs to be born without all this happening right now. This is supposed to be a good day, not a day to remember from attacks.” She was crying so hard and holding onto her husbands hand so tight. “This baby can’t die.” She heard her mother-in-law but she didn’t like the sound of it.

Katie held on to her husband. Her children were in danger and her husband was about to go out in that mess. She clung to him tightly, “You come back to me, you hear me? You and our babies come back to me. I cannot lose you.” She had tears running down her cheeks. There was too much going on to stay strong. She just wanted everything to be over with.

Oliver was in so much pain and was trying so hard to stay strong for his daughter and wife but the spell was too much. “Setsu, you are a strong woman. You better come back here and soon!” He watched his wife leave and go to fight. It scared him so much. He looked over at his little girl. He was scared to hold her and get blood all over her. Then he realized it was a bad idea to leave him alone. With all the blood he was loosing he would pass out soon and leave his baby to fend for herself. He needed Setsu to come back soon.

Gwen looked Cody in the eyes and kissed him hard on the lips. She turned around and pushed the door open. The moment she did a spell was shot at her and she dodged it and shot one back. The attacker flew against the wall and wand disappeared. The hand that wasn’t holding her wand was holding tight to Cody’s hand. She had to know he was ok if she wasn’t looking at him.

Hunter watched his wife change quickly and mutter threats to Dante. Not a time to smile but he had to. He loved his wife, no matter how mad she made him. He walked over to his wife and pulled her close. “I am not going to leave you Boa. I would die without you. But we need to work things out with trust and we will, but lets go save our family.” He kissed her.

Andrew was waking up and heard Kimi screaming. He shook his head and got up trying to not let the attackers see him move. He went behind the one torturing Kimi and punched him in the side of the head so hard it would make his brains scramble and watched his boy fall to the ground. "Baby!!" He rushed to Kimi to get her down.
