Elle quietly walked into the building where the funeral for those that had died in Dante's latest attack was being held at. She was by herself, Olivia was staying at Elle's parents. It was for the best, anyways, as Olivia wasn't that familiar with the people that had died. Elle only knew one of the deceased, and that was Haru. While Elle had been out of the country at the time of the attack, she had heard through teammates and friends about the attack, and since then, she had almost been in a state of numbness. It hadn't fully hit her yet. Kris was outside the building, walking amongst the rows of grave markers. It was gently snowing, signs that it was still winter. She'd been to this area a lot the last few days. She was really struggling after this attack. The only good thing to come out of the attack was the capture of the last living deatheater responsible for her first husband's death. Kris was lost in her thoughts, and eventually stopped in front of a granite colored marker. She was silent, just looking at the stone, her eyes glancing over the name of her first husband, followed by his birth and death date. Her fingers grazed a small oval shaped object in the upper part of the stone that contained a picture. It was the last family picture that had been taken before David's death. Kris watched as David's figure would smile, and sneak kisses while Alana's figure made goofy faces. Dorothy's figured seemed entranced by her parent's romantic gestures, and every so often, the whole family would smile happily for the camera. "I miss you," she said quietly towards the stone, a few tears falling down her cheeks. "They finally caught the one that killed you," she added, using her wand to make a small bouquet of flowers appear. There were a couple of other groups of flowers on there, she guessed from Dorothy and Alana. Kris brushed away some of the snow and placed them there, and just stood there, looking at the stone for a few more moments before beginning to head inside. Alana was in one of the rooms of the building that had been designated as a nursery/playroom type area for the kids. She was rocking Hope, her newborn daughter, to sleep. It had only been a few days, but alana was still fairly tired from Hope's birth, and the attack in general. Once Hope fell asleep, and alana laid her down in the crib, she began to mosey out to where everyone else was, looking for sol. Alana didn't know how to react to everything. Instead, she was brought back to memories of her father's funeral, and how 2 more family members had met that same fate. She resented the deatheaters, and wanted so much to destroy every single last one of them. But, she had a family who needed her way more, and it left her feeling stuck. She loved her life, she really did, but the more she saw how the rest of the wizarding world was crumbling under Burton Lucas' power, and the deatheater's power, it left her scared, and helpless. Dorothy was sitting near the back of the room the funeral was going to take place at, her head buried in her hands. She wasn't crying - she'd long passed that part, but she wasn't ready to look up and see the caskets again. She kept having flashbacks to her father's funeral, and then to the funeral of her aunt and uncle, and it was too overwhelming to her. Dorothy was always one to be more emotional than most, but this was too much for her. Her shoulder had healed up, so she didn't had to deal with the sling anymore, but all she kept remembering was being in that hallway with Quinn not even 10 minutes before Quinn was killed. Dorothy had accidentally triggered one of the passageway openings and had fallen through it, smashing her shoulder as she caught her balance. She hadn't even thought to see if quinn had followed her or not when fear kicked in and she ran down the passageway, basically leaving Quinn to fend for herself. Dorothy felt horrible for it, it haunted her thoughts, dreams, everything. She hadn't been sleeping well at all, she was pale, and just seemed distant. She didn't know if any of the slytherin family knew what had happened, and she was so scared to say anything. There had been several times that she wanted to tell Jack, but didn't want to upset him. She looked up for a moment, to see if anyone else had come in the room yet, and went back to cradling her head in her hands. She didn't want to be there, this didn't have to happen. She was like alana when it came to resentment of the deatheaters, and although she had some auror training, she was always afraid to actually use it. OOC: who all died, again? I know there was Quinn and Haru, were they the only ones? Ooh, and if there's any characters you want me to use(aside from tabby cuz she's still in the coma), lemme know. I think I got all of the main charries anyways, but just in case.

((ooc: hope the location is ok && stuff.. ps I wrote this while tired so hopefully it makes some sense. I think just Quinn and Haru died. I will post more characters in the next post.))
The funeral was being held in the church in Godric’s Hollow which had been a village of notable recognition since the Peverells, Dumbledore, Gregorovitch, the Potters & Voldemort all had connections to it. The Slytherin family as well as Haru’s remaining family had decided that this would be a perfect location to remember the loved ones they had lost.
The Krum family had arrived and sat near the front of the church. Viggo sat quietly in a deep trance of a stare. One could see the pain in his eyes as he imagined himself in the place of the families who had lost their loved ones at such a young age, way before their time. Ana had her arm intertwined with her brother Teo who had his head bowed. He was too afraid to look up. He felt his emotions vulnerable at this funeral for his Quinn. He had been having a secret love affair with her. They were waiting for the right moment to make their love public but now her life had ended and his had died with hers. Teo had dreams of marrying Quinn, of walking her down this very aisle and making her feel as happy as she should be. He knew Quinn was misunderstood and just wanted to fix everything for her. Teo was still in a state of shock. Ana was watching Teo with worried eyes, she wasn’t sure if her brother would ever recover from this.
Viktor was unable to sit still on the bench beside his family and had gone out for a smoke to calm his nerves. As he was standing in the brisk cold air he saw a familiar yet unexpected face walk into the church. It was Elle Belmont the player from the French team. Viktor quickly dropped his cig and scuffed it out with his shoe. He followed Elle into the church. He wasn’t really sure what he was doing. His feet were doing all the thinking for him. She was still standing, he figured she was still deciding on the best place to sit. Viktor stood beside her “Elle, its good to see you but unfortunate we’d meet at such sad circumstances.”
Suzu had been looking for her mum. Her father had told her the funeral was going to start soon. Suzu knew looking after Ron & Emma was a full time job so volunteered to go look for mum instead of making her dad get up. She wondered into the graveyard in the back after searching the front of the church and being unsuccessful. Suzu saw her mum standing by a grave and talking to it. She quietly tiptoed behind a tree and listened in for a moment. When she heard her mum start to cry as she made a bouquet by the grave she understood. Suzu hugged her mum from behind, rubbing her head into her side “its gonna be ok mum” were the only words that came to mind, though she didn’t think they were at all comforting the way she wanted them to be. Kris wasn’t her biological mother but was the best mother she could have asked for even after all the tantrums and hurtful words she had thrown at Kris in her younger years.
Sol had taken Ethan for a bathroom break before the funeral was going to begin. He was contemplating whether or not to have him sit with them in the pew or stay in small room that was designated as the nursery for the service. He was holding hands with Ethan as they walked towards the nursery looking for Alana who he figured was trying to stay with Hope as long as she could before the service. They found her quickly and Sol could see the troubles in Alana’s eyes. He tried to make some small talk before prodding her to confide in him “Is Hope asleep? Do you think Ethan will be able to stay still for the service?”. Alana’s judgments were usually better than his own, especially when it came to children. Sol was more emotional prone than most men but since being married to Alana he always tried to stay strong for her and the kids. Sol was struggling with the murder of his little sister but was trying to detach himself to protect his wife and kids from being afraid. Sol knew there was a lot of evil running rampant in their world right now and he was willing to do anything to keep his family safe and happy.
Jack & Dory’s twins were in the nursery but Ruby and Reid were seated with them in the pew. Ruby was sitting in his lap. She had reverted to sucking on her thumb again since the attack which had been traumatizing for her. Ruby being their oldest child understood the events the most and was having a hard time dealing with the loss of her auntie Quinn who she was always very fond of. Jack was gently combing his fingers through his daughter’s hair as he closed his eyes. He was remembering the life of his baby sister. She was still just a baby to him, so young, so confused, so misunderstood. Jack couldn’t believe that Quinn was actually gone. Quinn had lived such a miserable life and he was feeling guilty that he hadn’t been a better brother. Maybe he could have made his sister happier and prevented her horrible death. It was eating away at him. He took a deep breath and opened his eyes. He looked at his wife he seemed very distressed. Jack grabbed her free hand and squeezed it “I love you” he said hoping his words would give some comfort.

[OOC: yay posting! ps: if you wanna wrap up the other thread we had going, you're more than welcome to - it was the hospital one with Tabby and Braeden ] Elle turned, hearing her name. It took her a moment to fully realize who was speaking to her, but she eventually realized that she was talking to Viggo. She thought she had walked past him on her way into the church, but she hadn't been sure. After all, she really hadn't seen him since the World Cup when their teams played against each other. She nodded in response to Viggo's comment, and replied after a moment. "It is good to see you. Like you said, it's unfortunate that we would run into each other in this type of a setting. Did you know either of the deceased?" she asked, sounding polite and cordial. She was kicking herself mentally - she couldn't believe she was still sounding like she was being interviewed for a news article. She couldn't really be all that surprised, though...she rarely brought down her emotional walls, mostly due to her distrust of most people. She quickly distracted herself, looking at the caskets at the front of the church. Every so often, someone would walk up to one, paying their respects to the deceased. She seemed distanced from everything, but she was dreading the upcoming service. She had no clue how she would react emotionally, and she was no longer ready to admit that she felt anything more than a friendship with Haru, even though she had really had feelings for him. "Sorry..." she mumbled, and then muttered in french that she felt like an idiot. "Have you found a place to sit? I think the service is starting soon," she said, directing her attention back towards Viggo. Kris jumped slightly when she felt a set of arms wrap around her, but relaxed when she realized that it was Suzu. She was so lost in her own thoughts and emotions, she hadn't expected anyone else to be outside. She hugged Suzu back after Suzu told her it was going to be okay, and a couple tears fell from her eyes. "Thanks. It means a lot, Suzu. Today's just a bit of a rough day," she said quietly. She was having trouble with the idea of finally having closure in regards to David's death. For years, she had insisted on knowing what had happened, and the ministry had sent her a copy of the interview with the death eater that had killed him. But, the envelope remained unopened on the kitchen table at the Burrow. Kris couldn't bring herself to read it. And to further add to everything, she also had to try and deal the with the deaths of two former students who were family to her as well. Haru, her nephew, and Quinn, her best friend's daughter. It was hard. She felt a gust of cold wind, and looked at suzu. "Maybe we should get inside. I'm sure the service is about to start soon," she said. "It's getting a bit cold out here, and i'm sure your father is wondering where we are anyways," she added as the two prepared to go inside the church. Upon entering the nursery area, Ethan was distracted by the other kids, and wandered over to play with them. Alana watched Ethan for a moment, but was distracted by Sol's question. "I think he might be a little too young to really realize what's going on..." she said quietly, watching Hope sleep. She gently ran her fingers through the little curly tufts of light brown hair on Hope's head. Thanks to genetics, Hope shared her eye color with Sol, but she had gotten the curly hair that Alana's mother and grandmother had. finally looked over at sol, feeling him watching her. "If you wanna go out there, you can...you don't have to wait for me if you don't want to," she said, her voice still quiet. She didn't know how to react to everything. She was hurting over Haru's death, that was a given. She loved her cousin like he was a brother. It was Quinn she was conflicted on. All through school Quinn had tormented her, and while she wasn't glad that Quinn had been killed, she wasn't hurting as bad as she felt she should have, and it made her feel guilty. She recognized that Quinn had tried to turn things around, and had been doing much better in the recent years. She just felt guilty. Of course, there was no way she was even going to mention anything of the sort to Sol, so she tried to act like her hurt was for both Quinn and Haru. When Jack grabbed dorothy's hand, telling her that he loved her, it was almost too much for her. Here she was, feeling guilt because she felt that she didn't protect Quinn, and he was telling her that he loved her. She had gotten herself convinced that had he known she had panicked and ran off instead of getting Quinn, that he would hate her, or blame her for his sister's death. The guilt was driving her crazy, and it was becoming too much for her. "I love you, too," she said back quietly. "I'll be right back," she said, quickly getting up, and walking out of the main room of the church. She didn't know where she was going, but it was killing her to just sit there. She needed to walk around, or something. She passed josepha as she was walking around the church, and stopped for a moment, feeling like she needed to talk to her. Dorothy hadn't been able to find Kris, not realizing that her mother was outside, but she needed to talk to someone, anyone.

Gwen was still shook up from everything that had happened. She had only woke a day before the funeral from her coma to find out Quinn had been killed and she could of been. She fought with her doctors and her fiance to let her go to the funeral. Her best friend Boa had to be hurting so much and Hunter wouldn't know how to handle all the kids and his mourning wife. There family had been thru this type of thing when Cade was murdered but it doesn't make it easier. As they walked in to the services Gwen held on to Cody's arm with one hand and her belly with the other. The baby was still fine and healthy but Gwen worried too much about losing the baby with everything they had been thru. She still thought if she lost the baby Cody would leave her and it scared her so much. As they sat down her hand was a little tighter around his hand. "I love you, don't let me go." She whispered. Katie was ready to leave for the services and was sitting on hers and Ian's bed. She was dressed and hair done. Her mum had taken the kids out for the day so they wouldn't have to be around the sadness. "Ian? Are you almost ready?" She hollered into the bathroom. She laid back on the bed and closed her eyes. Katie did not know Quinn all that well but she was family. She was tangled into Katie's life and katie was hurting. She could only imagine what the Slytherins were going thru. She just wanted Ian to hold her and tell her nothing like this would happen to their children. Quinns mum must be going thry so much that Katie thought she would die if it happened to her. "Ian!" Sadness bled thru her voice. Andrew called Kimi and got the voicemail. "Hey KimKim, I was wondering if you were going to the funeral. I am going with Oliver but I would really love to see you." He hung up and slipped the phone back in his pocket. Oliver was in the kitchen feeding Harmony and Andrew kept making her laugh so food wouldn't stay in her mouth. Which this got him a look of death for. everyone was on their final witts. OOC: Who else? lol

Viggo watched Elle’s eyes as she responded to him. He wondered if she really remembered him or if he was nothing but another face in the crowd to her. He didn’t know why he cared so much. Viggo was a good guy but definitely the proud sort, the kind of guy that didn’t give in to negative thoughts. There was something inside him that was hoping Elle’s eyes would light up or that the corner of her mouth would indicate a happy memory of him. She was hard to read, at least right now she was, and he was uncertain if she remembered him as well as she did him. She asked him if he knew any of the deceased. “Yes, I did… Quinn is… was… Boa’s little sister” He knew that in the Daily Prophet his relationship with Boa Slytherin – another world famous Quidditch player – had been widely discussed but now thinking about it he wondered if it was as much as a hot topic in the French wizarding world as it was here. He didn’t really feel like talking about his past relationship with Boa… it was still a sore spot for him, especially with Boa being able to quickly settle down with a family while he seemed to be confused about the next destination in his life. He also didn’t want to go into the whole family secret of his brother Teo being Quinn’s fiancé. He simply said “I went to Hogwarts with Boa… we were really good friends” all which was true despite the lack of specifics. Viggo watched as Elle’s eyes looked toward the caskets and he wondered what she was thinking, what she was feeling. He never heard Boa mention Elle except maybe a comment or two about her quidditch skills in the past so he figured she had been a friend of Haru, who he only knew by face, having been acquainted at different Slytherin events but never really hitting it off. Before he could think of anything to say she asked if he had found a place to sit. “Yeah… my family is sitting near the front, Please, sit with us” he answered with his best Bulgarian manners and accent. “Will you sit with us?” he asked again gently grabbing her hand to guide her to where they were sitting. His cheeks threatened to blush, something rather abnormal of reaction for him.
Suzu’s hands were like ice in this cold winter weather. She squeezed Krissy’s waist harder as a gust of wind pounded in their direction. Suzu looked up at Krissy “is this all reminding you of your first husband?” Suzu always felt awkward about bring up David. He had been the life that Krissy had had before Kenji and her had come into it. Suzu didn’t mean to ask the question but the words had just slipped out of her mouth. She quickly said “I know how you feel. I remember when uncle and auntie were killed.” She winced remember how horrible it had all been and she continued to try and detach herself from the current situation with Haru. Suzu didn’t want to cry. She wanted to be strong for Krissy and for her family. It was a burden she didn’t need to carry but did so anyways. “I don’t want to see Haru in the casket. I don’t have to right mum? I want to remember him how he was”. She still was haunted by the memories of when her uncle and auntie died and she had seen them in their casket. They looked so cold and life less, nothing the way they had been.
Sol could tell that Alana was hurting but as always he didn’t know what to do about it. When he was a kid he could just hug her and that seemed to do the trick. Things were different now, more complicated and the world seemed to be getting darker and darker. “Alana, I’m going to wait for you. I will always wait for you”. He thought the words sounded nice but wondered if Alana would believe them. He remembered when he had disappeared on her when he should’ve been a man. Alana had “forgiven” him but he wondered if things like that could ever really be forgiven and he knew they couldn’t be forgotten. Sol grabbed her hand “Hey, we are in this together. We are going to get through this” again he wondered if his words would sound like anything more than fluff. He continued to look at Alana, search her eyes for clues on what to do or what to say. He felt like there was something else going on but he hadn’t quite figured out what it was.
Jack sighed when Dorothy could barely speak to return his ‘I love you’. He didn’t know how to ease her pain. She was more emotional than most and at a time like this, it was especially difficult to find the right way to comfort his wife. Dorothy got up to walk around. He tried to grab her hand but she was too fast for him. He wanted to follow her, to wrap her up in his arms and hold her tight but he kids he had to watch and give comfort too as well. He switched Ruby to his other knee and squeezed Reid into his side as he rubbed his hand gently.
Josepha was wearing a simple black dress, one that almost looked like it was right from the 40s or 50s. Her hair was up in a chic bun and she wore a black head band that had a little bit of black mesh on it. She had been standing in the hallway as there had been a lot of people who wanted to give her and the family their condolences while she was sitting and she just needed a break from that. Josepha was about to go sit back down when she saw Dorothy walking in her direction. Dorothy was special to Josepha as she was the daughter of her best friend, her daughter-in-law, the mother of a handful of her grand babies and a girl/ a student she had known for a long time. “Dori” she said her very sweet motherly voice “are you alright dear? You look a pale.” She automatically put her small delicate hand on Dori’s forehead feeling her temperature to see if everything was ok with her vitals. “Tell me what’s wrong sweetheart”. Josepha was always able to put her feelings and thoughts aside because she was always busy caring for others.
Cody was still angry with Gwen for feeling the need to be at the funeral. She had been in a coma just yesterday. Cody was scared to death he was going to lose her and the baby. He was finally blessed with the hope of seeing her eyes light up again only to keep his teeth on edge right now thinking that any moment she would collapse and leave him alone again. It wasn’t until Gwen whispered to him ‘I love you, don’t let me go’ that he loosened his clenched teeth and smiled softly down at her large blue eyes. “Never” he said quietly. “Are you sure we can’t take you back to the hospital. You know how risky it is for you to be here” he place his hand on her belly “for both of you to be here”. He combed his fingers through her hair “I can’t lose you again”. Cody had lost a lot of weight since Gwen going into a coma, his eyes were dark and skin pale and clammy. When Gwen was lifeless he had lost his direction, his reason for being. He finally thought he had something worth fighting for when he met Gwen and when the attack left her in a coma he couldn’t bear to lose that, to her and his baby. “let’s just go… everyone would understand Gwen” he pleaded to her with his eyes hoping he could avoid her from relapsing into her coma like state.
Ian had been crying quietly to himself in the bathroom. It was going to be a rough day. Quinn was his cousin and was like a little sister to him. Haru had been a good friend. He just hated how fast a person could leave this world. Ian couldn’t put aside his fears that one day his wife, who was an auror and fighter would suffer the same horrible fate – being killed by a deatheater. The thought consumed him. His wife and his kids were everything to him and the idea of them being in any kind of danger chilled him. He was lost in his thoughts when he heard Katie call to him from the other room. Ian turned the facet on and washed his face in the cold water. He took a deep breath as he dried his face with his towel “Yeah, yeah. Almost Katie.” A minute later he was in the bedroom right as she called his name with a sadness he understood. His eyes were undeniably red and puffy but he hoped it wouldn’t make Katie anymore distressed than she already was. He sat beside her on the bed and wrapped his arms around her. Ian was moving his lips, wanting to say something but nothing came. He couldn’t think of anything that seemed right to say, or anything that he could say that wouldn’t make him emotional again. Ian coughed, clearing his throat and finally said “Well… mum, dad and Eva are coming in from France. They are saving us seats at the church, I just got their owl” the tiniest of smiles came to face “can you believe that? My parents are so old fashioned. Who sends owls these days when there is muggle technology to replace those pesky creatures”. Ian hoped this change in subjects would help shatter the pain and sad emotions in the room. He rubbed her shoulder “We need to get going though”.
Kimi was lying on her bed crying like a baby into her pillow. She couldn’t handle the fact that her brother was dead. When she lost her parents, or rather when she got her parents killed it was the worst feeling in the world. She still blamed herself for the murder of her parents and now those feelings were being reawaked in the dark vaults of her heart with the unfortunate demise of her older brother. Her family and friends had been trying to reach her and talk to her but she had been ignoring everyone. She didn’t want to talk about it. She just wanted pretend nothing that happened, but the more she did so, the more it ate her alive. Kimi was dressed for the funeral but was having second thoughts about whether or not she’d show up. She knew everyone would be looking at her and that she would break out into tears like the big baby she was and she didn’t know if she couldn’t handle everyone’s judging eyes. Kimi’s phone rang but she didn’t answer it. She waited for the message and then listened, it was Andrew. She had been ignoring him for the past few weeks since her brother died. She knew he was worrying about her but couldn’t bring herself to call him back. Kimi thought for a moment and decided to text him back “I’ll be there” whether or not she was sure if would be there. She didn’t want him to worry about her.
Setsu walked into the room where Oliver was feeding the baby and Andrew was just getting off the phone. She was putting her earrings in and going towards the counter to where he clutch was. “Who were you calling?” she asked Andrew. “Have you heard from Kimi? That girl is really starting to worry me. She won’t answer any of my phone calls. She just texts me BS texts and won’t let me visit her.” Setsu opened her clutch and took out her lipstick, putting it on in the reflection of the microwave above the stove. “She better show up to the funeral. She will never forgive herself if she doesn’t”. Setsu sighed and then turned on her husband. “Oliver what are you? You are still feeding the baby? You should have finished that 15 minutes ago. Are you ready to go? The funeral is going to start soon and here you are still doing this”. Setsu put the clutch back down. Her eyes caught sight of the dirty dishes in the sink and back to mess of her baby being fed, which was normal but at this moment was making her itch with irritation. “Clean this up will you. We need to go”. Then she fanned herself with her hand realizing how much of a biotch she was being at the moment. “I’m sorry Oli” and she ran off to the bathroom where she started crying as she tried putting mascara on … and of course it wasn’t turning out well at all.

OOC: tabby's still in the coma at this point - the other thread was set after the funeral. I can rp kyla, though, if you wanna add braeden in too.
Elle listened, trying to figure out if she recognized Quinn or Boa's names. She'd never been around the Slytherin family before. The french papers didn't run much about Viggo's relationship with Boa. At that time, the French papers had been engrossed in Elle's rise from a rookie player to the captain in just a couple short years. She nodded in response to Viggo's comment about going to Hogwarts with Boa. "Ah..." she said, as things made a little more sense to her. "I don't really know the Slytherin family," she replied, and then added, her voice quieting a little "I was a friends with Haru," The more that she said it outloud, the more things began to become reality for her. The next thing she knew, Viggo had asked if she would sit with him and his family, but before she could respond, he grabbed her hand to led her up to where they were sitting. She felt her face grow a little warm when he took her hand, and stammered "I...uh...okay" as she was guided towards the front of the church.
Kris could only nod at first to Suzu's question. "Y-yes, it is..." she said after a few moments. Her voice sounded strained, like she was trying to keep from crying. They started to walk towards the church when Suzu asked if she had to see Haru in the casket. Kris shook her head. "No, suz...you don't have to if you don't want to," she said, hugging Suzu before they walked inside. Compared to the cold air outside, walking into the church felt like walking into an oven. The sudden temperature change stung a little. As they walked towards where Kenji and the twins were, Kris wiped her eyes, trying to look a little bit presentable. She figured Kenji had an idea of what she had been doing, but she still didn't want to look like she had been crying for a while. She was so drained emotionally, she could tell that this service was going to be a hard one. Worse yet, with the deaths being of former students, Kris had been asked to say something. The last time she had to get up in front of everyone and speak was at David's funeral, and she barely kept it together then. Kris sat down next to Kenji, and within minutes, Ron had climbed into her lap, leaning against his mother to comfort her. Neither of the twins had really been the same. Emma seemed quieter, in fact, she had barely spoken since the attack, and Ron had been having night terrors due to the deatheaters' terrorizing.
"Alright, if you insist," Alana said quietly, not really looking at him. She still appeared to be fixated on Hope, but in reality, she was just dealing with the same thoughts going through her head that had been there since the attack. What he was saying seemed nice, but it just wasn't helping her. She wondered if he was just saying things to say something so it wouldn't be so quiet in the room. She loved Sol, but she still had trouble confiding in him. She'd been like that ever since their big fight when she was pregnant with Ethan. Every so often, some of the things he said creeped back into her thoughts, and it just made things difficult. As he grabbed her hand, telling her they were going to get through this, she turned in towards Sol, resting her head on him. "I hate this..." she said quietly, tears welling up in her eyes.
Dorothy shook her head at Josepha's question. "Not really..." she answered quietly. She had second thoughts about saying anything to Josepha and how Dorothy had just abandoned Quinn right before her death. She could see the hurt and pain in Josepha's eyes, and couldn't even imagine what she was going though. Losing a child. If Dorothy thought losing her father was bad, she was sure losing one of her own children would be even worse. "I hate this...Haru was like a brother to me. And Quinn...she..." Dorothy trailed off as she began to cry, afraid to verbalize what she was feeling so guilty. "I just feel so guilty..." she added quietly after a few moments. "I should have stayed instead of running down the passageway. I should have done something, anything. Maybe she'd still be alive...this is all my fault," she said, sitting in one of the chairs, burying her head in her hands. "Everyone's going to hate me for being selfish..." she added, her voice muffled by her hands.
Ruby was still sucking her thumb while she clung to her father. What she had seen had terrified her. She wasn't ready to comprehend the dark side of the world around her. She didn't understand that much about death, but from the looks of it, she didn't think she wanted to. Ruby looked up at Jack, taking her thumb out of her mouth long enough to give him a hug. He looked so sad. She didn't like it.

The morning of the funeral Hunter awoke to holding Boa in his arms and his phone ringing. He tried answering it without waking Boa but figured he failed. It was the hospital calling him in for a baby delivery, he sighed and reminded them today was a personal day and would not be called again. Doctor Jacson was on call for all of his patients for the next two days. He hung up the phone and wrapped his arms around his wife. He knew she was hurting so much from Quinn's death. The whole thing had left him not able to eat because he was so worried about Boa. He was afraid she was going to do something drastic.
Later in the morning Hunter was getting the kids situated at their seats waiting for the service to begin. He figured Boa was talking to her mom or trying to get rid of puffy eyes. The kids were being very calm for once, he figured they could tell mommy and daddy were very sad and needed them to behave.
Peyton had all the kids down in the play room watching a movie when her mom showed up. She hugged her. "Thank you for coming to watch the kids. Taro is a mess and would be easier with the kids home and not running around." Her mom understood. Brooklyn ran over to her mom and hugged her. "Where is Daddy?" "I think he is in the other room." Brooklyn went looking for him. When she found him she hugged him. "Daddy, do you need me to go with you to Uncle's funeral? I will be a good big girl." Peyton leaned against the wall and tried not to cry as she watched her little girl grow up in front of her.
Dakota had been injured during the attack and was still recovering. She mostly just felt tired because of the medication she was on. Gabe had been amazing thru out the whole thing and was so worried about her. She was laying on the couch waiting to go. Gabe had been staying with her in her apartment. Dakota knew she had to go to the funeral. The people that died mattered to her and to her family. She had to show she was there for them.
Gwen looked at Cody and gave a small smile. She could see this all had been a great toll on him. He wasn't eating or taking care of himself. She sad down and put her hand over his on her belly. They were a unit. With her other hand she softly ran it over his cheek. "I am fine. We are fine." Looking down at their hands. "We will not stay too long and go home and you can lay down with me and watch a movie and we will order food in tonight." She needed to be strong for herself, for him, and for her family and friends. This was going to be a hard day. As their hands sat on her belly she felt a kick. "See! I told you were were fine. Feel that?" She smiled.
Oliver looked at his wife midway to feeding the baby. He was shocked with how she was talking to him but also knew it was cause she was stressed. Putting the spoon down, pulled out the baby and cleaned up her face. He walked to the bathroom after Setsu ran there to cry. "Honey, it is fine. I understand. This is all a lot to deal with. Please let me in?" He hated that everyone in the family was going thru all this. It was a mess for everyone.
Andrew heard what Set was saying and then received a text from Kim. He had a feeling she wasn't actually coming. "Oliver, I will see you at the funeral. I need to go deal with something." Oliver gave a head nod and Andrew apperated. He appeared in Kims room like he had done many times. He had not lately because he wanted to give her privacy. There she was. He wanted to wrap her in his arms and never let her go. He could see the pain in her eyes and her body. "Kimkim." He said softly.
Katie curled into Ian's arms. "I am sorry. I am sorry this is all happening. I feel useless and unable to help and I should be able to do something." She saw his eyes and knew this was not what she needed to be saying. "Some people will always be old fashion. Sometimes it is nice to receive and owl. Feels special." Leaning over she gave her husband a kiss and rested on his lips for a moment. Then she sat up. "We need to get going if we do not want to be late."

OOC: I hope this post is ok. Sorry it took me soooo long to respond guys! We need to get the funeral started so make sure all your charries are in their seats. Thanks. Being around her made him feel different, made him feel weak and blush and he was glad that there were signs he had the same effect on her. Viggo pulled Elle to the row where he family was sitting. They wiggled past his father and siblings and sat almost in the dead middle of the chapel. Viktor and Teodor Krum did not take any notice of Elle but of course Ana sat up and gave the girl a once over which could have been taken as a rude stare before turning her head away and tending Teo once more. Once they were seated Viggo quietly whispered to Elle. “I did not really know Haru, but by face… but from what I’ve heard he was a great guy… smart and kind…” he paused before ending “I’m truly sorry for your loss”. He looked Elle in the eyes searching for the hurt she much be feeling, hoping he could comfort her in her time of need. It gave her peace of mind that she wouldn’t have to remember them cold and still… but instead could keep them alive in her memory the way they were. They began to feel the sting of the cold winter air and so returned together into the chapel. Not even 5 seconds after they sat down Ron climbed onto her mum’s lap. Suzu was reaching to grab her little brother off “Mum, do you want me to hold him?” she asked but before her mum even answered she began to tug her little brother away from their mum. Suzu was only trying to help, knowing how strained, stressed and distraught her mum was about this whole funeral. Kenji had a napkin in his lap which he had basically ripped apart without realizing. His eyes were glazed over as his hands continued to fidget in his lap. He was having the worst waking nightmares of losing his nephew in such a horrible manner, he was also reliving the pain of losing his brother and sister in law only a few years ago the same way. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX In suit: pinterest.com/pin/198932508509859329/After Sol’s wife said ‘alright, if you insist’ he uneasily shifted his hipster glasses, feeling the tension and intense emotions overwhelming the room. It wasn’t more than a few minutes before Alana broke down confessing ‘I hate this’. Sol immediately got close to Alana, squeezing her tiny body into his large arms. He kissed her forehead several too many times before saying “I know, I know babe. It’s really really hard” he spoke from the heart, feeling he too was about to have a meltdown but he had to keep strong for Alana and the kids “We just have to get thru today, one step at a time right? We’re gonna do this together.” He squeezed her again probably a little too hard, he often forgot his own strength and then he said gently but urgently “we need to get down to the chapel though. They are going to start the ceremony any moment now”. He knew there would be even bigger shit if they were late to his sister’s funeral. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX In Suit: oldfiles.observermediagroup.com/files/full/simonwoods.jpg** Maybe I’ll make this his FC? Simon Woods aka Mr. Bingley in Pride & Prejudice. Lol love him. Jack began to bounce Reid on his lap hoping that he wouldn’t get fussy during the funeral service. He turned his head to the back of the chapel hoping to see where his wife went and peering at the clock. His wife was nowhere in sight and his eyes were getting worse. He pulled out his pocket watch to check the time, any minute the funeral service was going to start. He hoped Dori made it back in time or he knew she would have a panic of sorts trying to squeeze herself to their seats during the service. Reid’s eyes grew large at the sight of his father’s pocket watch coming out and so he was easily entertained with him. Jack smiled hoping his son’s fascination wouldn’t be cut short. He was then caught by surprise by his daughter Ruby who gave him a hug. He then realized she had been starring at him and he hoped he hadn’t scared her. He didn’t want Ruby to fear the world, despite all the dark and evil things that were in it, because there was goodness too, even if it wasn’t always easy to find. He hugged her back and said “I love you Princess. You ok?” XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX In Dress: 3.bp.blogspot.com/_cyH_7sPxVcQ/S89mwr1DnlI/AAAAAAAABSw/vLM_wRZ-LFE/s1600/Julia+Roberts+picture+at+67th+Golden+Globe+Awards+(5).jpgJosepha’s eyes were captivated by Dori who was obviously wrenched with pain. Josepha was in pain too, the worst sort but still she could not help but sympathize with Dori in her feelings of pain and guilt. After letting Dori get it all out, Josepha grabbed Dori by the arms firmly and looked her into the eyes “Dori, it’s not your fault, this isn’t your fault, these bad things are not your fault. Don’t you dare feel guilt for Quinn’s death. It was a horrible accident of life, a horrible murder by a deatheater, but honey, you couldn’t have prevented it. Please don’t carry this guilt with you. I don’t know what exactly happened that night, but it doesn’t matter. What happened, happened and there is no use feeling guilty over it. We just need to remember the goodness of Quinn and let that live on in our memories”. Josepha then stopped squeezing Dori’s arms, fearing she may have bruised her and embraced her with a hug instead. She started rubbing Dori’s back the way she did her own daughters when they’d come to her with their problems in need of comforting. She then whispered “No one hates you sweetie. No one” XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX In Suit: pinterest.com/pin/774124905559735/Braeden had the most difficult time getting ready for the funeral. His world seemed to shattering all around him. He felt as if he was a plate spinner in a circus and was dropping his wares, seeing them smash before his eyes. Quinn was like a little sister to him. Losing her was awful and he felt a big tear ripping through his heart as he mourned her loss. He attended the funeral alone it felt. His wife was in a coma from the attack and it was struggle for him to keep it together. Every fiber of his being was straining to think of his wife and all that he would lose with her gone. It almost more than he thought he could bare. With just a few minutes to spare before the funeral was to begin he slinked quickly to front rows where the Slytherin family was. He sat at the end of row, not looking up and hoping no one would talk to him, unsure if he’d be able to make even the simplest of sentences. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX In Dress: img2.timeinc.net/people/i/2009/stylewatch/hitormiss/090921/rachel-mcadams.jpgBoa had awoken in the morning to Hunter’s cell phone going off. She had had insomnia all night and just drifted off to sleep it seemed only to hear that ringing. She knew Hunter felt bad about it so she had pretended that she didn’t wake though he always seemed to able to tell whether she was faking or not. When they got to the chapel after a hectic morning of dealing with the twins and ever mischievous Coral, Boa had slipped away to the bathroom for some alone time. She just needed a moment to herself before going through with the funeral. In many deep ways she felt guilty about Quinn, about the troubled life she had had and now her death. Maybe if she Boa had never been born, then maybe her sister Quinn would have had a good, long, productive life. It was questions like this that troubled her mind, as crazy as it sounded. She knew she only had a few minutes before the service was about to start she went into the chapel and found her husband sitting with the kids. “Sorry I took so long” she said quietly. She hoped Hunter wouldn’t ask questions. She picked up Coral, cradling her, trying to avoid Hunter’s concerned eyes. She always gave him something worry about and she always felt bad about it. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX In suit: 1.bp.blogspot.com/_l-o7dfFsf9E/TPjlX4W3qrI/AAAAAAAADBw/fymosYBHl0w/s400/akihir%2Bsato%2Bsurvivor.jpgTaro was sitting in his office when he heard a pair of tiny feet shuffle in. Before he could guess who it was, Brooke was giving him a big hug. Even though he was feeling the pain of losing his brother and having to relive it at the funeral, receiving a hug from his baby girl always seemed to cheer him up. He listened to her proposition and he hugged her back. He pulled her on his lap and kissed her cheek. “Darling you don’t have to come. You can stay here with your siblings and watch tv… but if you want to come and be a good big girl for daddy you can come. Daddy is really sad about losing your uncle. He was very important to me. You would have to be brave for daddy because daddy is having a hard time.” He then remembered he was talking to a child and that she probably didn’t understand at all the gravity of the situation. He gave a small smile and gently poked her nose “but Daddy will love you, whatever you decide you want to do” Kenta knocked on the office door and quietly said “It’s time to go Taro” he was dressed in his Sunday best and had quite the long face. Ayame had been changing Edward’s diaper in the other room and brought him out and handed him to Peyton’s mum. “Thanks” she said quietly before standing awkwardly by the fireplace in her black lace dress. She was trying really hard not to cry. She couldn’t believe her big brother was gone, just like how her parents died. She was scared she’d lose everyone she loved until they were all gone. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX In Suit: pinterest.com/pin/138063544796180365/Gabe knew that Dakota was still recovering from her injuries. Until the attack he’d been really nonchalant and stubborn about his affections for her. He hadn’t been ready to admit to himself or anybody else just how much he cared for her. Since the attack he hadn’t said the big words ‘I love you’ but he’d been overly showing his love for her with everything he did for her helping her recover. Gabe saw the clock on the fire place tick even closer to time they were supposed to be at the funeral. Finally he went to grab Dakota by the hand but instead picked her up like he was cradling a baby and stood with her in the fireplace. He said the name of the chapel and kissed her as they swirled in free fall thru the floo network to the chapel. When they arrived he put her down and said with a smirk “I hope you were ready to come” then in a more serious voice he said “I really appreciate you coming Dakota… to my cousin’s funeral… I know you two weren’t exactly chummy or anything” he shrugged. Gwen then smiled as she felt their little one inside her. Cody quickly put his hand over the spot. His eyes grew big and beamed down at Gwen. He kissed on the lips feeling as happy as can be “That’s our baby. That’s our baby” he kept saying to her but mostly to his elated self. Then he added “we’ll order take out and I’ll make you cupcakes”. He knew desert was the way to a woman’s heart and health. She cried for a moment and then took in a few deep breaths. “I can’t cry. I’ll ruin my makeup… and we are going to be late” she complained sounding very worn and stressed. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXX In Dress: www.kewlwallpapers.com/images/wallpapers/1-85231.jpegKimi was sitting on her bed wearing just a black tank and shorts. Her black dress was still on its hanger as it layed neatly on the other end of her bed. She heard a pop in the air but didn’t flinch… she knew who it was… or so she thought. “Setsu” she whined but when she turned to look it was Andrew. The pain in her eyes was easy to see, a flood of emotions began to overwhelm her as he said “kimkim”. Kimi wiped her eyes “Andrew?” she said in disbelief. “I’m sorry I blew you off so many times” she hoped he would understand, that he wouldn’t hate her. She had just been so depressed since Haru died. “I can’t go to the funeral…. I won’t be able to handle it” she said, sounding unable to breathe. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Ian let the kiss linger on his lips for a moment before responding. “I know… we need to go. I’m sorry I’m so out of it today”. Elle spotted Viggo's charming grin, and a small smile crossed her own face. As the two reached where Viggo's family was sitting, she couldn't help but feel a little awkward as they wiggled past his father and siblings. She noticed Ana looking over at her as they sat down, and gave a bit of a confused look back to Ana, wondering why she was looking at Elle like that. She listened to Viggo, and looked down at her hands. She had been able to remain her composure for the most part so far, but she knew this wouldn't last long. She leaned into Viggo, resting her head on his shoulder. "He was a friend of mine...such a great guy, always so happy and optimistic..." she trailed off. She could feel the emotional walls she always had starting to come down, and it made her feel vulnerable. She knew the funeral would be starting soon, and she wasn't ready to come to terms with Haru's death.
As soon as Kris sat down, Ron climbed into her lap. Suzu asked Kris if she wanted Suzu to hold ron, but before Kris could answer, Suzu began to tug at him. Ron whined, clinging to his mother even tighter, and Kris gently put her hand on suzu's to stop her. "It's okay, he can stay here..." she said quietly. She knew Suzu was trying to help, but it was okay. She looked over at Kenji, noticing the glazed over look, and spotting the napkin he had ripped apart. She took his hand, squeezing it. She knew what he was going through, it had been similar for her. She could barely sleep herself, between Ron's nightmares, Emma and Suzu's upset, and Kenji's nightmares. Even if that hadn't been going on, she doubt she would have been able to sleep anyways. Her whole world seemed to be turned upside down. There had been times she felt she had to be the "strong one" for the sake of the family, and it seemed so much harder this time around, also trying to find closure from her first husband's death, which was difficult.
Alana was quiet for a moment, just letting sol embrace her. "I just..." she started, trailing off to wait for sol to ease up on his hug. It was a little hard, and it made her back hurt. Eventually, he realized what he was doing. She thought maybe it was good that sol had forgotten his own strength again. She knew she wasn't really ready to admit that she felt more upset about haru's death than Quinn's death. She hated the feeling, but couldn't bring herself to actually say it. She mumbled "never mind" before sol told her that they needed to get to the chapel. She nodded, and they began to walk to where the service was being held at.
Reid looked around the chapel as Jack bounced him on his lap. Reid was already a fairly quiet kid, but since the attack, he seemed even quieter. He watched Jack turn and look at the back of the chapel, wondering what his father was looking at. He then noticed Jack pull out the pocket watch, and his eyes grew big. Every time he saw Jack pull it out, he was fascinated. He took the watch, opening and shutting it, getting entertainment out of the clicking noise of the latch opening and shutting. Ruby had hugged her father, watching him, and let him hug her back. She heard him tell her that he loved her, and asked if she was okay. She shook her head at the question, sticking her thumb back in her mouth. "I love you too, daddy..." she said quietly. At the moment, she was terrified of the world outside her house. Ruby had now seen what a deatheater looked like up close, and it was terrifying. Every nightmare she had would flash back to the deatheaters finding the room that she and others had been hiding in. She remembered when the one grabbed her, and she had struggled, hit, and kicked at the deatheater so much that all it took was a kick to the shoulder to finally get the deatheater to drop her so she could run away. "Where's mommy?" she asked jack, her speech muffled by her thumb still being in her mouth.
Dorothy tensed up when Josepha grabbed her by the arms. She hadn't been expecting it, and was afraid that josepha was going to be mad at her. She heard josepha tell her that it wasn't her fault, not to feel guilty for quinn's death. "I can't help it. I feel horrible," she said, tears running down her face again. Josepha then hugged Dorothy and she let out a few muffled sobs as Josepha whispered to her that no one hated her. After she was able to kind of get her emotions under control, she let go of Josepha and looked at her. "What do I say to jack? He keeps asking why i'm so upset, but i can't tell him this..." she trailed off. Her voice sounded strained and a little hoarse. Her blue eyes were red and puffy, and the little bit of makeup she was wearing was smudged.
Kyla was with Braeden, clinging to his arm. Ethan was too little to understand funerals, so Tabitha's mother had offered to watch Ethan. Kyla wanted to go so that Braeden wasn't by himself. Kyla seemed withdrawn, and quiet. The kid who was so oblivious to deatheaters and the horrible state of the world had now seen what things were really like, and it was like being punched in the stomach. Kyla not only had found out just who Lord Dante was, but had seen him up close, and then watched her mother try to save Kyla, only to be attacked and knocked unconscious, only this time, she hadn't woken up and was now in a coma. Kyla didn't even know where to begin to understand the events of that night. She had nightmares, but no one knew about them, so she thought. She had always woken up herself, and calmed herself down, not wanting to upset Braeden, who had enough to deal with. She didn't want to burden him with the fact she was having nightmares that seemed like she was back there watching everything happen again. They walked up to the front where the slytherins were, and after they sat down, Kyla fidgeted, playing with the bow on her dress.

Hunter waited for his wife, having light small talk with those around him. Mostly he played with his daughters hair and watched his sons. He was hurting to think one day what if he lost his child or wife. Kissing the top of Corals head Boa sat down next to him. Boa took Coral and Hunter took Boas hand. With his other hand he turned her chin up at him. He hated to see the pain in her eyes. "None of this is your fault." He knew thats what she was thinking. It's what she always thought when something went wrong. "I love you and so do our children." He made a emphases on the word our. "We would be lost if you pull away from us. We need each other to get through this. Dakota was not wanting to move, her body still hurt and felt unsteady. When she felt Gabe lifting her into his arms she squeaked softly and wrapped her hands around his neck. She leaned into the kiss. She could see he really cared for her. She had been so sure they were done and finished and now here he was. Holding her and keeping her safe. After getting to the chapel and being set down she slipped her hand into his. "With you next to me, I am ready for anything." She knew this funeral was going to be so hard for him. "When this is all over." She placed a hand on his cheek. "Can we go home and curl up on the couch with a blanket while I close my eyes and lay with you?" She knew he would need her close after the funeral ceremony. Peyton was trying so hard to not cry. Her little girl was being such a big girl for her daddy. "Brooke, go grab your coat and wait at the door." Brooke ran off her daddys lap and to her mom. Peyton kissed the top of her head and watched her run off. She then walked over to her husband and sat down in the edge of the desk. "We can do this." She reached her hand out to him. "I am here for you. I loved your brother like he was my own and he took such good care and time with our children. I could not ask for a better brother in law." She slipped into his lap and laid her head on his chest and let a tear fall. Jenn had told Seth she would meet him at the chapel. With a new baby it was harder to get ready. She also wanted to make sure the baby was changed and fed so to be less fussy when the services started. When she got there she saw her mother in law, seths mom and went right over to her holding her grandchild. "I think someone would love to have a kiss from their grandma." She said softly. OOC: Will do more later. keep going with the post.
